I recently hired Maya Catering for my daughter's high school graduation party & they exceeded all expectations! From the moment I spoke to Jose, explaining the type of event I was planning, he was incredibly helpful, offering ideas & menus that turned out to be a delight for my guests, considering that the majority of them were teenagers/high-schoolers. The taco station was a hit with everyone, offering fresh & flavorful options of tacos & quesadillas, plus sliders that were delicious. I assessed him first by his reviews and was not disappointed from the moment I spoke with him throughout the moment I thanked him in person. Chef Maya is professional, personable, detail oriented and most importantly an amazing chef! He made the experience easy and pleasant. The food was delicious & many returned for seconds!
