Read moreI went to this place because I have been at other of their location and their Food is great. This place has only one star because the customer service is horrible. To begin with the tables are all grouped together with nearly space between you and the next person. The waiter and the busboy that assisted me were super unprofessional. I waited almost 30 minutes for my order to be taken and around 40 for my food to arrive. At the end of my visit I asked to speak to the manager to let him know how bad was my experience and he didn’t even offer to refund my money. Definitely this is not a place to go with your children, thats the reason I was not properly assisted. I went with my two kids and my sister with her son and they saw a bad opportunity for tips so they let us wait. What kind of people sees 2 women with children and lets them wait 30 minutes just to order and serve everyone else around who got there even after you. This people are nasty, and the manager did not even care, he just said, ohh next time tell me sooner. Avoid this place at all costs, is not worth your Money. Isn’t a family...

I think they may be using "processed" chicken or frozen chicken or something really gross. I ended up throwing 3 out of the 4 meals away. The ONLY one I didn't throw out was the actual pechuga de pollo because I don't think you can hide processed chicken with a flattened piece of chicken breast. The rest of the meals that were supposed to contain real chicken were inedible. Now I'm afraid to ever order from them again :( ...What a waste of...
