Cesar's Inn — Restaurant in West Milwaukee

Except for housekeeping, a very friendly place. I'd give it five stars except for the two housekeepers I met. First, the guy was brusque. Second, when I told him I was glad they were there because the floor was sticky, he said mopping it was my job. After he swept the floor and she exchanged towels, he said they were done and asked if there was anything. "Just the garbage," I replied. "That's your responsibility." Really?

The place needs minor repairs but otherwise it is a nice and quiet...

BIGOTS?! I applied for a room here. I have TWO jobs, solid rental history, and no criminal history. My application was denied without ANY explanation. My rental history and references were not verified.

The manager also had a 'dry' tone in her speaking voice as if she was doing me a favor and was being bothered by my phone call. The only thing I can believe based on the aforementioned is that they didn't want a brown man living there. I'm glad to take my money elsewhere, goodbye...

Again I only went there to actually visit a friend and this place is just so disgusting they don't even have any kind of upkeep for their rooming houses at all I really wish that personally they put more time into the rooms then the bar itself but I guess that's what they're looking for is more bar company not rooming company which I completely don't understand because they're getting more for the rooms upstairs than they are for the bar itself this place...
