The service was great and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The dining room was clean, nice and cool, and there was plenty of comfortable seating. The ladies' restroom was clean and well stocked. I can't attest to the state of the men's restroom because I didn't look. One might be wondering why I only gave 3 stars instead of 5. I mean, it sounds pretty good right? To explain that I have to discuss what I ordered and that was the "Bacon 'n Brisket Beef 'n Cheddar" sandwich. It's available for a limited time and the picture on the menu board made it look awesome. I mean, have a look at that sandwich. I couldn't resist. I wish that I had now. That is without a doubt, a very bland sandwich. Aside from the "Market Fresh Chicken Pecan Salad" sandwich that I tried my best a few days ago to find something good in and could not, but that's another story, this was the worst sandwich that I've ever had at Arby's. A sandwich loaded with that much roast beef and brisket should have a big beefy punch, it didn't even come close. Then there's the bacon, which I expected to have more of a presence on the sandwich since bacon is the first ingredient in the name. Nope! There was only 1 & 1/2 slices on the thing. It held no flavor either. The Cheddar is in the form of a tasteless sauce which does nothing but help, along with the equally tasteless "Arby's Sauce", to make the bun soggy. Ah, let's not forget the bun. An onion bun. Hope for flavor. Yet again, nope! At least everything about the sandwich was consistent. Then folks there's the price. To add insult to injury, the blasted thing cost $7.99 (+) tax and that was just the sandwich. Two of them with 2 small drinks set me back a grand total of $20.06. Had it been tasty I wouldn't have liked the price but I wasn't anticipating feeling taken advantage of and hungry upon leaving because for that price it wasn't worth eating even half of. Oh well, live and learn. From now on I'll have what I know already is good instead of trying something that...
Read moreIdk what to say about the new Arby's in West Monroe... it was completely dead in the pace and the drive thru when I walked I. I was looking at menu to decide what I might want ...while looking another couple came in so I told them to go ahead and order. After they ordered their food I stepped up and ordered my husband and my sons food for about 5 min cause the cashier kept walking off and asking again what I wanted to order so I repeated what I needed for them several times. Then for myself I was curious what was on the turkey club and if I could have game and what all came on it... long story short cashier kept walking away talking to other employees about whatever ,couldn't answer my questions or get anyone that could then finally just said to me you ready to order something or are u done while I was in the middle of asking her a question . So me my 2yr old and 3yr old grandchildren went home without anything to eat so what was suppose to be a break for.me not to have to cook after being in hospital numerous times for high blood pressure that can cause a massive stroke i have to find them something to eat and try to get blood pressure under 200 or back to hospital I go AGAIN. SO IF U WANT FRIENDLY CARING SERVICE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!! LIFE TOO SHORT FOR DUMB , LAZY,...
Read moreI absolutely loved it when they first opened this location on Thomas road. The food was great, service was fast, friendly and accurate. I never even bothered to check my order. However that all changed after I received 2 consecutive orders missing items but I figured it happens, I will just start checking my bag. So tonight I go, I order, get my total and I sit in the drive thru for 10 minutes waiting. I get to the window and am told “oh sorry ma’am we are out of part of what you ordered.” Really? And how did you not know that when I ordered? Had I known that I was going to have to go somewhere else anyway I would have just politely declined to order and went elsewhere but instead spent my time waiting for something that I could not get and then had to go somewhere else. Needless to say after working 10 hours I value the little time that I do have to spend at home and really do not appreciate others wasting my time. So as the saying goes “ third time is the charm” and I will continue to...
