Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in West Monroe

This location advertised their Black Friday hours on their LED sign, 6 a.m. to midnight. I arrived at 11:35 p.m., pulled into a stall, and pressed the red button to order. The sign, interior and exterior lights were all on and there were several vehicles parked where employees usually park. While waiting, another vehicle pulled in and went to the drive-thru. A few minutes later, they reversed and pulled into a stall. After they waited a few minutes, they gave up and left. I waited a few more minutes and also gave up, but as I was getting ready to pull out of the parking lot I looked back in through the windows facing the road and saw an employee. They were hiding in the back where they couldn't be seen from the side windows near the stalls. Hiding in the back and ignoring customers 25 minutes before they closed. This is completely unacceptable. I also work in the food service industry. I know how much work there is once you actually close and take the last order. But that does not excuse this behavior. I work on average 1.5 hours after the business I work at closes. I do not ignore or deny customers until we are actually closed. If I did, I would expect to lose my job. This location used to be the best in town. I actually preferred it. Not anymore. The workers could have at least had the guts to answer and inform me they weren't taking orders. Rather than hide...

Placed an order for a coke float i got to the Drive threw it was already made, and yes i had look on my face like this isn't the way it supposed to be made. Never said anything to them about it, i guess the unprofessional GIRL saw how i was looking and asked why was i looking at it like that, i replied nicely and told her that it was more coke than what it should've been..but before that she asked the drive there cashier if the order was mines and was she gonna give it to me before it melt. It had already looked bad So the UNPROFESSIONAL GIRL SNATCHED THE COKE FLOAT OUT OF MY HAND wow I didn't respond BECAUSE UNDOUBTEDLY SHE NOT READY FOR PROFESSIONALISM AND OF COURSE SHE NEEDED HER SONIC JOB!! I COULD SEE THAT WAS DISCUSSING ABOUT it SO THE MANAGER FIXED IT.. NEVER SAID I APOLOGIZE OR IS it A LITTLE BETTER, I GUESS SHE WAS READY FOR ME BUT I WASN'T ABOUT TO BE Arrogant nor IGNORANT like the THEM PEOPLE LORD MY PEOPLE HOW WE GONNA HELP EACH OTHER WITH ALL THAT GHETTO FABULOUS...

I went to this location on 11/17/22 since it was close to my gym but won't be going back again. I will go to my normal stop on Cypress street even though it's out of my way. I pulled in the drive thru at 9:42 to order a DRINK only with 2 vehicles in front of me & waited till 10:01 to receive my drink. The girl who was working the drive thru ( Faith ) was so slow she must of been toting weights on her body because she was the slowest I've ever seen at Sonic. She finally brought me my drink without a receipt because there was still a vehicle in front of me. I watched her as she leaned on the counter waiting for the order in front of me. Someone must of said something to her cause the line was backed up so she decided then to bring me my drink outside. Yall will definitely be in trouble at lunch if you don't move her to fixing fries or restocking....
