Absolutely never again. I had to wait so long I had to cut my vehicle off in the drive through. Even though I was only one of two vehicles there and I was in the front. The staff were cursing and carrying on so loud I could hear them outside with the window close. Only one white dude was working. The rest were standing around jumping up and down, flailing arms all in the air talking about jumping people and other such violence. More like a gang than restaurant staff. Then started bumping and grinding each other instead of working. I'd be wholly embarrassed if I owned this place. Employees matter. Their behavior matters. Securing their hair matters. Not touching each other and touching the food matters.
Nasty, unprofessional, unsanitary, and all around a disgrace to our city. And that's saying something. Especially as this is a new place.
It's supposed to be a respectable place of busines. Not a night club. Yet another restaurant doomed to fail here. Just look around. It's not the first and it won't be the last. We have high food standards here and this doesn't even qualify as a nominee.

Read moreHit or miss with customer service... have gone twice, and the first time, great service, nice people. Second time, the girl taking my order couldn't bother to keep her attention on me for more than 3 seconds and i had to repeat nearly everything I said at least twice, She kept looking at everything except me... the trees, other cars in the other lane, etc. to the point that I forgot to add bacon. Tip: I'd you forget something to add, maybe just do without it. Got to the window, and they had a 5 minute group meeting over me wanting to add bacon to 1 of the orders. Apparently, they can't just ring up 3 slices of bacon. They have to cancel the ENTIRE order and recharge you. But you won't get a receipt for the supposed refund... have to watch your bank for it and are given no proof of it bring done, so if you don't get the credit, I guess you're just out of luck. You don't get a receipt until you're at the window, so no proof of anything, really.
The food is off the chain, though. Queso is amazing... I just wish they had bigger sizes. Fries...
Read moreI ordered online and picked up from Smalls for the first time the other night. At almost every other fast food restaurant if you order online, you can pick up through the drive thru. I sat in the drive thru line only to be told at the speaker that I had to go to the walk up window. So I parked my car and went to the walk up window. The guy at the window was courteous and gave me my order.
The sliders were very good. The fries however - my wife and I agreed that they were some of the worst fries we have ever had. I am shocked to see so many reviews talk about how good the fries were since ours were so bad. Maybe it was just a bad batch or something so I'll probably give them another shot just to see but if the fries we got are the norm, I'll not be going back.
UPDATE: In his response to my review, the manager or owner requested that I send my order details to them so they can "make it right." I did so on March 21 and I've heard nothing back. This tells me what I need to know about this...
