To start I do door dash for bww a lot and I open carry. Today 6/6/2024 a employee met me at the door to greet me when a manager walked up to kick me out of the store immediately. Told me firearms are prohibited and it's posted on the door when you walk in. (It's not as of today and previous times I've been in there) He walked me out of the store and I asked him where it's posted on the door and he realized when we were both outside that he lied and that it's not posted. I calmly asked him if I can continue to pick up the order for my customer and go and we walked back in fine. Once we were back inside however he went off on me trying to show off Infront of his employees who all saw him get in my face and try to physically intimidate me and threatened to take me out himself. He then said he's calling the cops and I told him to go ahead and he said I threatened him which I didn't and I once again told him go ahead. He walked outside and made a call while I sat down and waited. He came back with his district manager on the phone instead of the cops and he had him on speaker. The district manager apologized for this scene his employee caused and told me I was fine to continue with business. Basically I understand a business having the right to refuse service and all and I had no issue with that. It's the manager screaming at me infront of his employees and customers and blatantly lying to my face then attempting to fight me and me constantly telling him to back up and get out of my face that's completely unacceptable. My fiance got the whole thing on video from the car we were parked facing the front door. Needless to say he acted out of line and attempted to go against my 2nd amendment rights to open carry in Louisiana. Not posted on the door and nothing saying you can't carry in the building just a power trip employee with personal beliefs. He even used the lie we had swat in here and had to replace the glass in our door today. Very odd that you've got it perfectly replaced and already decorated with your promos. Definitely a...
Read moreAs is usual at this location the food was very ok. My wings were a bit overcooked but that's pretty standard at this restaurant. My main complaint is with service and poor management. While dining with my family for lunch on a Sunday, we were greeted by a very nice young man who would be our server.
He took our drink orders and I immediately suspected he was new because of his limited knowledge of the bar offerings. Things unfortunately went downhill from there. Our appetizer order was taken and jotted down on a random wadded up slip of paper that the young man had in his pocket (apparently BWW didn't provide him with an order pad). We then waited in excess of 20 minutes with no appetizer before our server returned to the table to take our order. We continue to wait for another 20+ minutes before any food arrives to our table. I noticed someone peeking out of the kitchen a few times who I suspect was a manager but he never once approached our table to explain the wait or to simply "touch tables" and make sure we were ok.
Once the food did come, we had our appetizer and entrees delivered all at once. Very disappointing.
The food, as I mentioned, was just ok. We did enjoy the meal. But, nothing about it made it worth the extremely long wait. While I am not overly upset with our server, I am very disappointed with the management at this location. They really need to step it up and learn how to manage properly. If the dining room only has about 6 tables and they are waiting over an hour and a half for food, a manager should be making rounds in the dining room once he has his kitchen under control. Please, do better. I like this restaurant and am tired of leaving...
Read moreBuffalo Wild Wings provided an overall satisfactory experience during my recent visit. While there were positive aspects, there were also a few areas that left me wanting more. The atmosphere at the restaurant was vibrant and energetic, making it a great place to catch a game or hang out with friends. The variety of sauces and flavors for the wings was impressive, offering a wide range of options to suit different preferences. The food, including the wings and sides, was tasty and satisfying. The portion sizes were decent, and the flavors were on point. The pricing seemed reasonable for the amount of food and the overall experience.
However, there were aspects that prevented me from giving a higher rating. The service, unfortunately, was not up to par. While the staff was friendly, the attentiveness was lacking, leading to longer-than-expected wait times for assistance and orders. This affected the overall flow of the dining experience and was a bit frustrating.
Additionally, while the food was enjoyable, it didn't necessarily stand out as exceptional. It met expectations for a casual dining experience, but I was hoping for a more memorable culinary experience. This is an area where there could be room for improvement to elevate the overall dining experience.
My rating of 3 stars reflects the mix of positive aspects and areas for improvement that I encountered during my visit to...
