I came and picked up an online order 9:05 so I walk in 2 men was sitting at the table 4 employees was laughing and playing talking playing with the food bags I said I’m here to pick up my online order and the guy walked over there continuously playing with 2 bags on the counter and started opening all the containers and I said hey is that my food he said you waiting on queso so the other guy they was laughing and playing with came around with the cup and I said is that it and he said yes shrimp and chicken I said yea for Ethel and he gave me the bag and I drove 15 minutes home I took my bath was looking for something on tv to watch while I eat and then my phone ring and I don’t get calls that late so it said avocado I answer and he like what time you coming to get your food and I said I already picked it up and he said well we closed so what you going to do I told him wait let me go look at my food and omg it was some pizza crap and I told them it’s too late and I don’t drive in the dark that late and I asked can they just make it over tomorrow and he said no you need to come or it’s my lost!! So I put on clothes and prayed the whole way there because at this point it’s not my fault I asked 3 times was that my food but employees was too busy playing and not conducting business so I pull up the same 2 men was still at the table and the employees that was playing and when I drove up in the white truck everybody mouth dropped because I parked there at first and they knew they had messed up I gave them the wrong order that said DoorDash back they gave me my cold food and no one took accountability or apologize and I will no longer eat with them again!!! Service is mediocre, staff not well trained. At least that is the impression I recieved from my server. She was there for the major events order taking, meal delivery, and payment. That's minimum no extra points. I had the steak Fajitas. No homemade tortillas, that's a minus in my book. Large slices of Fajita, and they were not trimmed well, not real fatty but not wow either. No bean option that I saw, nor was any offered. Rice is what I can get at any mexican restaraunt, no flare, nothing to make it seem as if there was an effort made to be authentic. Same with the refried beans, it seemsed like a can of refried bean thinned out. A #30 disher if pico or less and a dollop of guacamole. The skillet was barely sizzling. Had a beer was not asked for a recommended drink. No draft beer was offered. Not sure if they have any. Time of visit 7:15. Not very...

I chose this establishment because of the menu items and the kind reception I got over the phone. The name, Avocados was attractive and caused my curiosity, which led to a call. I asked about the enticing vegetarian enchiladas and the mindful manager assured me they would be cooked without cheese. My takeout order was awaiting me upon my arrival, which was impressive because it took only ten minutes to get there from my hotel! Everything from the aroma, to the packaging of my meal added to my anticipation of a fine feast. The enchiladas were superbly seasoned, hot, with delightfully delicious vegetables cooked to perfection. The sauces went well with the restaurant-made tortilla chips along with the enchiladas.
