I honestly don't like to complain publicly but this is ridiculous!!!
My son and I wanted Subway tonight but our "regular" store was closed. I went ahead and ordered from this one knowing my last experience wasn't good. First off the prices are higher at this location than the one closer to my house, but it is what it is. But when I arrived home and opened our sandwiches I was completely shocked. First off the bread doesn't meet Subway standards. (I managed a local Subway years ago so I am familiar with how things should be.) One is extremely overcooked and the other was smashed and indented. Secondly there is very little meat, no cheese on one, and very little other ingredients. To say we are disappointed would be an understatement.
Also the employees there do not seem to care about customer satisfaction at all. Most are rude and unwelcoming.
I just don't understand how the quality can be so subpar at this location. Everyone needs to either be fired or retrained...

Great education on Service Dogs!
I quite enjoy Subway, a little too much some would say, LOL. About a month ago, when I walked into the restaurant with my service dog by my side, nothing was said about him being there. In fact, when he was first noticed by the employee, she said "we just had training about this, he's a service dog, right?" I said "Yes, he's a service dog." This created a great conversation between the two employees behind the counter and I. We chatted as my food was ordered, prepared, and paid for. WORST service I’ve EVER experienced!!! Jatavious has 0 manners,0 people skills,0 concerns about his job security,0 cares about anything at all! If you walk in their door you are inconveniencing him 100%!! How dare I order food! I’ve never witnessed anything like it! There was also a dirty bandage on the counter. He don’t want to fix any food for anyone so I’m sure cleaning up after people is more than he cares to do as well! He doesn’t deserve a job scrubbing toilets much less interacting with the public!
