Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in West Monroe

This is about W. Monroe on Thomas. 1 star goes to the lukewarm redbeans... Everything else was trash: Signs on lawn & windows & overhead kiosk offered fried pickles. Ordered, told they no longer offer pickles. Then remove the signs , they just shrugged @ me. Service -1 person couldn't get order right @ register+ said she would bring it to table...10 minutes later went back to counter !they forgot to make it! so showed 2nd person our receipt & told her what each person had... 1 order@ a time as she made it + walk back to table with trays _still missing items so 2 more trips to counter with receipt; chicken cold& greasy, biscuit choked me so dry, 2 people ordered spicy (got mild) 1 person ordered mild (got spicy)+ no straws or sporks (I said WE need spoons ,we had 3 people, gave us 1 spork after apparently going to the back to make it herself because it took forever). I ended up going to car for straws & forks. We weren't the only people with issues. 1 guy had to walk them through his order. I lady came from drive thu for missing item. 3 tables were occupied, drive thru had maybe 5 cars the entire hour we were there. Not busy enough for #of oops. I don't recommend the tea it has a 'turned bad' taste. Pretty sure a piece of ceiling was perched on spice rack in dining room. Could not find a ray of sunshine in the experience. Our 1st omen to not be there was the workers smoking on side of building on wheelchair ramp. Smelled disgusting. They looked @ us; didn't offer to move from ramp so my mother had to take her WALKER around them up a curb in drive thru lane..should have been the 1st clue of...

I stopped by this location with my family and it is disgusting!! The restroom had passed all over the floor and toilet! Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks! That's usually my 1st turnoff whenever I eat out! I ignored it and went ahead and ordered food anyway. The young lady who took the order was nice and helpful. They only had a few pieces of chicken up so I told them that we would wait for the next fresh batch. The young lady asked the cook and he said give it a few minutes. The manager was helping fix orders and looked like she was upset that I asked for fresh chicken. She IMMEDIATELY told the young lady "whenever it comes you fix it then!!" My wife stood there watching as the cooked came with the fresh batch of chicken and the manager told the young lady give us what was already there! My wife asked her to take that out and give us the fresh. We finally got the order and I got my son a sandwich combo also. The old lady(manager) was talking to the workers really ignorant! So we leave the restaurant and my son ate about 2 bites of the sandwich. I had to pull into the Walmart parking lot across the street as he was throwing up the little bit of it that he had eaten! MAKE SURE YOU ARE DESPERATE FOR FOOD IF YOU EAT THERE, there are better choices next door and across the street!! I WILL NEVER STOP TO EAT...

To whom it may concern, you may or may not read this. On Saturday September 10, 2016 me and a friend and his wife stopped at the Thomas Rd. Location of Popeyes Chicken in West Monroe Louisiana. It was approximately 900 pm in the evening ,each of us ordered combos. As we attempted to pay for our mills we were told at main register for dinning in, we have no change . I was paying with at 10 dollar bill and my friend paid with a 20 dollar bill. They had no change to give back to us . I should have received 64cents back and my friend should have gotten 41 cents. This did not only happen to us but others as well .3 people that I know of no telling how many other people. How do run a business ,that deals in sales but have no change in either drawer of the cash register . Where was the manager? Who was in charge and what happens to our money . I run have run numerous businesses. That is not the way to run a business.Not only was the store dirty there were trays all over the counter, no napkins, and the staff were very rude. The tables were dirty and I could go on. I will accept the fact it was late 900 pm but the time you closed was not 900 according to the hours. So with that being said 3 customers and a little gril will take our business elsewhere. YOURS...
