Dunkin' — Restaurant in West New York

I recently went to this Dunkin Donuts and while I usually have a pleasant experience, this time I did not. I ordered an iced caramel latte with whipped cream on it as usual but this particular time the drink was made differently. For some reason, Joselyn, a shift leader, decided to sprinkle cinnamon all over the drink; I am unsure of why she did this as the drink usually never comes with this addition. I nicely asked for a new drink and explained that I was allergic to cinnamon, instead she took off the whipped cream and put a lid back on it. I then explained to her AGAIN, that I was allergic to cinnamon and that if there was any chance cinnamon was still in the drink, it could result negatively. This Dunkin Donuts does not deserve any stars. I am disgusted by the service that my relative received today. She asked the employee not to mop by her feet and the employee began to say rude comments to her. What happened to the philosophy of "Providing Excellent Customer Service"? Many people today are unemployed.Perhaps this tall slim male should not be working there anymore since he does not believe that the customer is always right! I'm only giving one star because I can't give less. The employee at 1:00 am was being very nasty to most of the costumers that came in and management needs listen. When we were leaving we pick up most of garbage and didn't notice a small bag of garbage under the table, the worker complained to my 11 year old son then I came in to see what was happening with my 12 year old daughter then the employee started cursing as I was walking out ,he threw a bottle that I left at me and my daughter but it fell on the floor .
