Dunkin' — Restaurant in West Norriton Township

This my local Dunkin that I usually patronize but today was bad, really bad. I went in at 2:30 PM to grab a medium Thin Mint Cappuccino and a couple of Doughnuts.

First issue...I stood at the counter until all of the drive thru customers were waited on???? I mean I stood there for at least 5 minutes before the one guy yells "I'm coming!". I wasn't making a commotion, I just waited until a female employee finally walked over. Since there was just two of them working I was going to give them a break.

Second issue...after placing my order and receiving my two Doughnuts, I walk over to the pick-up area to wait for my cappuccino. While standing there I hear the one gentleman sneeze. So now I'm looking directly at him as I was going to say, "God Bless You," but then he sneezed again. The second time he sneezed he was standing directly in front of the Doughnuts and made no attempt to cover his face or sneeze into his arm???

Third issue.... I received my medium Thin Mint Cappuccino which was warm, not hot (particularly bothersome as it was 8 degrees outside). Additionally, the coffee tasted like it was burnt and I could barely make out any flavor of Thin Mint.

Like I originally said, this my local Dunkin that I usually go to. Will I be visiting again anytime soon...doubt it. I was thinking about cutting back on my sugar intake and this just encouraged me enough to start today.

Did I say anything to the employees, no I didn't. Why not, well it was clear that some people must have called out because both of them looked exhausted and like they both needed sleep. So I figure my comments would fall on deaf ears. They took my $4 and change donation as my order...

I walked in with only 1 customer already being helped, I ordered 2 50 count munchkins on the kiosk. Waited and noticed 5 people walked in AFTER my order was final and I was waiting and no workers started getting my order together, even tho they were literally just standing there talking. All 5 customers after me got their stuff so I finally asked who was getting my order and they all just looked at each other like I was speaking a foreign language. Finally one of the workers said "fine, I'll do it" if I didn't need the munchkins for a holiday party I was helping with I was def going to ask for a refund and go somewhere else. This isn't the first time this happened to me, I will def go to a different DD for now on even tho this is the closest to my house and job!!! Wish I could leave now...

The Parking and the seating in and out were good but sometimes dirty with trash. The drive thru experience was pretty bad and every time we went thru the drive there was always someone different working. Anyway my dad gets coffee (and he’s a coffee expert) only few times a month and always gets a sm coffee but sometimes the coffee it old and sometimes two much cream. Now for myself I get sm sweet iced tea no lemon. But 98% of the time I get my sweet iced tea TO SWEET and to sweet makes I none drinkable. A solution I got if it’s to sweet is to dump little out and put water in it and stir and it taste good. When the snakin bacon came out I wanted to try and said no seasoning on it but they gave put seasoning on it anyway. (don’t recommend this specific...
