From residents of The Greens at Westover Country Club….Nonna Rosa now charges $4.39 for a glass 🥃 of water😳😳😳😳😳! When question, the waitress said that’s the charge for water, so we paid it, but we won’t be back, and spreading the word😕
I will have the two residents who shared this with me, call you, thank you. Whom do they ask to speak to? I hope they have their receipts, however, they usually pay cash. Theresa
The residents are uncomfortable calling. They were there on Sunday, May 21st, around 5 pm, for dinner. They asked for separate checks. We are somewhat regulars, so we know the waitresses. When their separate checks arrived, the water charge of $4.39 was first on their bills. They called the waitress over & asked if this was a mistake, ridiculous charge for a glass of water, she responded quickly with his costs going up, there is a charge now, and walked away. They paid $4.39 each for a glass of water! If there is anything else, obviously have to go through me, even though they wanted the review and rightfully so for the benefit of other Senior patrons, they are not comfortable following through. Obviously your knowing as the owner/manager it can be rectified and hopefully was a costly error.
Please respond, and hopefully clarify this issue to patrons…that you do not charge $4.39 for water!
Thank you, sorry they felt uncomfortable calling, but they were gracious enough to reach out to me, to let you know and advise, resolve, explain, based on their returning &...
Read moreI "WAS" also a great customer! However, I ordered a catering recently which was a tray of plain grilled chicken. The chicken came and it was covered in pesto sauce. I specified plain grilled chicken b/c of the many allergies in my family and of my extended family. I realized it was covered in pesto after the delivery guy left. I had family from out of town and they couldn't even eat the chicken. I was not able to wait and order something else b/c people needed to eat (or try to) and get on the road. I called Nona Rosa the next day and the owner wanted nothing to do with it, he was not only rude but accused me of hanging up on him after him putting me on hold and then being disconnected. I had to throw the whole thing out b/c no one could eat it and he refused to take care of it. I will never go there again. I called and the owner in Bridgeport was very nice and he told me if I ordered it from there he would have taken care of it and provided a refund but since it was ordered from Jefferesonville he couldn't. He was too very surprised that this location treats the custcustomers this way! Awful! I am disappointed and many friends who have been going there were disappointed as well due to the lack of customer service. Also, last time I was there, there was a gentleman cutting pizza and handling food after being out handling money and making deliveries. Owner is rude and...
Read moreOrdered a sicilian pizza that was extremely over done. The pizza was so hard and crunchy it was actually inedible. It was like chewing a slab of concrete. The owner claims this is how its supposed to be cooked. What a joke. This pizza was the worst pizza ive ever received in my entire life. I felt like i was chewing captain crunch (without milk) and broken glass. It destroyed my mouth. I highly recommend no one ever buy Sicilian pizza or for that matter anything at all from this place. What a complete waste of time and $34. All the owner could say after he made my text him photos of the pizza is that "it's supposed to be made that way." The only thing worse than the brittle mouth destroying severely over done sicilian pizza is the owner and he idea of what good customer service so be like. I hope he gets a clue about how to properly deal with customers. Ill never be ordering from there again and I will be strongly encouraging other potential patrons to stay as far away from this place as possible. Thanks for leaving me angry and hungry to end my holiday weekend. Everyone stay far away from this place and go to a good pizza place or hell any pizza place at all that isnt the one. I've never gotten worse customer service or a worse sicilian pizza in my...
