Marshalls — Local services in West Norriton Township

It was my sons first Halloween this year we went on Halloween Tuesday night like around 5:45pm and said happy Halloween and my son was so happy with his costume and all the ladies at the front cashier associates were gathering together with there costumes for a photo one lady looked at my son and said we don't hand out candy laughing while take the photo with the other associates I thought it was very rude. Never will be returning to this Marshalls to purchase anything after all the money I spent over the years. At this local marshalls will never purchase again unprofessional Why get all dressed up for Halloween and not pass out candy for the children isn't Halloween for the kids???? But then again you guys can gather with costumes for a picture???? Hire new employees! In the Norristown, PA store on 2/17/24 at around 5:30-5:45 pm, a female employee was being spoken to by a male who was seemingly her superior. He was speaking on the sales floor near the children's toys about an issue he was having with her. He was saying "No, stop" when she tried to speak and was directing her to show him where items were supposed to go in the store. This conversation was not being had in an appropriate manner as this was not a professional or respectful way to speak with an employee. This conversation was able to be heard by a number of customers in that area of the store. I was extremely disappointed by my experience and the management of this location. I do not plan on returning to this location and left the store due to this experience. There are better ways to handle conflicts than how this...

I hate to say this because I love Marshalls but this was the nastiest store I have ever set foot in. There were so many items out of place, mismatched shoes in boxes, clothing all over the floor, and actually broken items still for sale... I was very disappointed by the LACK of cleanliness in the store, even witnessed a gentleman who I thought might be the manager just walking around - I think he was "watching" a possible shoplifter maybe, but did absolutely nothing else while I was there, literally walking over shoes in the aisle and clothing on the floor. I was so disgusted there, I didn't even buy anything. The lack of disregard for the overall presentation of the store blows my mind. Never again will I visit that store and I can assure you I am a LOYAL...
