This place had the most incompetent staff. I went into the store on a Monday to upgrade my phone and later realized that these people will lie to you and try to sell you anything and everything they can to make a buck. I was informed that my screen protector would be in the store by Wednesday, Thursday at the latest (later that same week) and would receive a phone call when the item came in. I then called in Thursday inquiring about my item that I purchased and they said they haven't gotten it. So I went to the store the following Monday because I assumed that the screen protector would be there...nothing. After 7 weeks of following up numerous times and having dropped my phone and slightly damaging it, I was getting annoyed because it could've been prevented if the ignorant employees did their jobs and provided me my screen protector. Long story short I tried to return the item and a plan I bought but was denied because it was after the 14 day reture policy. Everyone needs to know that they lied about being able to get the item. They did not have the ability to get the item until I yelled. I had to go to the Verizon Authorized Retailer / RW - Phoenixville, PA located off of Egypt Road behind the Wawa to get a small compensation. Please go to the Verizon store in Phoenixville. That store has honest people that will do anything to help you.

I went online to order my phone and service after visiting this location three times how does that make any sense when they are capable of ordering both in store I then returned to trade in a phone and I was again told to go online when it was offered in store to do a trade in ! Read moreWe had another GREAT experience at this Verizon location today thanks to the wonderful service from Jake. We were all over the place with the questions that we had, and not only did he follow along with us, but he was able to help us with things we didn't even know we needed help with. We didn't feel pressured into anything we didn't want, and were given a lot of good information to make the most informed decision about how to move forward with our plan. We very much appreciated his straight forward, respectful, and FUNNY manner. He knew how to work well with our kind of crazy, and it was a great interaction. Matt was also very helpful, and we would totally go back when we need to upgrade and ask more random questions about our plan. We promise to know all our passwords when we come back!...
