Burger King — Restaurant in West Orange

If I could give them zero stars I would. I've been going to this establishment for a year. There were no problems in the beginning. I would buy from there at leassst 3 times a week. Recently I've been going everyday . For the past 3 months a lady(employee) I've never seen before started countinully coming around any group of people that were young and just hanging out no matter if it was 1 person ,2 people or a whole group. She kept nagging us for anything and always came and stood over us and trying too listen too our conversation. Recently she came over too me and my friends after she watched us give 2 fries too one of our Male friends and said no sharing is allowed We said "but it's our money and she refused too leave us alone. 2 mins later she says sexist remarks saying that we shouldn't be buying them food but they should be buying us food after she screamed at us saying no one should buy food for each other.She has been acting like she is everyone grandmother and distracting us from spending time with our friends and done time. The other day while we were in line after 10 mins of waiting just too order the manager rudely say too my friend that we are not serving and by order of association I cant order either They have been no stop disrespectful, aggrevating and all out disgusting.And I dont believe that any highschool student should continue going there until they learn how to respect students and anyone...

I ordered through the app for pickup. I went through the drive thru and was told to come inside to pick up food. I parked and went inside and waited a few minutes for my impossible whopper to be completed. I placed the order 15 minutes before arriving at the drive thru.

I came here another time. I ordered 3 meals with a dine in time at least 15 minutes ahead. I stood at the register while one person was at the front putting the order together for another customer. Finally he was done after 5 minutes. I asked about my online order and he started to put it together which took another 5 minutes. Finally received order and sat with my kids to eat. The tables were clean. It was around 11am so the lunch crowd had not started. I wonder how the service is during peak times. I noticed that the soda machine was turned off. It looked new since there were the older type of self serve fountain drinks just last year, I think. My son told me they turned off the soda machine because students nearby would come in and fill their own containers with drinks. It may seem harmless but I can imagine that this daily occurrence of large groups of students could add up over time especially if they do not...

I ordered the crispy chicken sandwhich at this location on 10/14/19. I finally found the time out of my busy schedule to leave this review because i can not forget what they served me. By the time i had saw what they gave me, i was already at my next job-site. It is a shame that they feel they can just give somebody something like this and not say "You know what we can't serve you this". The chicken was dark brown. It was not burnt but you can tell it was not fresh and it was either recooked or was old. The actual meat looked like rubber the color of a rubber band and immediately i knew that they are serving people food that could potentially make you very ill. We have to open our eyes and realize that these fast food chains do not care about what they put out and we really have to watch what we consume. This made me realize that i do not need fast food in my life and from now on i will just meal prep. If you get hungry for lunch, i would just drink a bottle of water and take the hunger pains rather than consume...
