If they tell you “almost ready” dont believe them. They are slow and rude.

Dear Owner First of all, I must say, I’m truly touched to see that you can actually provide detailed and necessary information. It seems that, when you choose to, you’re fully capable of communication and thorough explanations. Who knew it just took a bad review to unlock this hidden talent?

As for your explanations:

1-You mentioned that you were there throughout the entire conversation. I guess you have the ability to be invisible. I only spoke with the young employee there. If you heard and didn't intervene, that's your fault. 2-Saying "almost ready" means 2-3 minutes, or at most 5. After your friend said "almost ready," I waited for about 8-9 minutes and asked again. During this time, he didn't say anything. When I asked again, they nonchalantly said, "15 more minutes." When I asked why he didn't tell the truth in the first place, he left the question unanswered. You should teach your employees to provide accurate information to people. I wish you had intervened there. 3-You mentioned that I was impatient. Dear manager, I wasn't there to eat. I was working, and time is important to me. I need to get my work done. I can't wait around at your convenience. The customer received their meal late not because of me, but because of your slowness. 4-You mentioned that my face was sore. Excuse me, but am I participating in a beauty contest? What does my face have to do with a pizza order? I didn't know you were so sensitive. I promise I'll wait with a smile next time.

If you had said, "The order was delayed, we apologize," I would have deleted this review. But I see you're still blaming me. Please provide accurate and detailed information to people. Remember, we also have work to do. A little respect...

Update: After about 2.5 hrs original delivery, someone called me back and apologized for the issue and asked to see if they could delivery the food then. The manager that wasn't available by cell and wasn't at the restaurant when I originally called, wanted to speak with me. She was at the restaurant at the time. It was resolved, although at a much later time. Apologies were given. Also, got a response from the owner of the restaurant via this review and he apologized. Food is still good, but staff problem solving needs to be a better.

Never had an issue with this place, food is good. However ordered through Uber Eats for dinner tonight and the wrong ordered was delivered. Called them to see how it can be fixed. Spoke to a woman and she said our order will be delivered by one of their own. Called back and hour later and spoke to a man and he said my order was cancelled since no driver could deliver. This was an hour later. No one called me to let me know it couldn't be delivered. No resolution was presented, no apologies, nothing was offered accept.. "you can come in and get it yourself". Everyone knows the fees are outrageous on these ordering apps, so I asked what about what I paid for in fees. He said nothing. Royally disappointed in the resolution of how this issue can be resolved. He offered the on call manager number, but they didn't answer either. If I had received a call earlier I wouldn't have an issue, but I didn't get an notification, at all. I am not sure how the employees are trained, but this is absolute...

I Was Very Specific with my order speaking in person to the order taker. Unfortunately I paid with cash and by the time I got home and opened up the bags and Pie, it was too late. to drive back there. Otherwise there would have been a Chargeback

  1. I ordered a large White Pizza with a thin Cauliflower Crust, Ricotta, Mozzarella , Onions, Peppers. Mushrooms & Broccoli Rabe.

I received a small pan thick crust pizza gluten free pizza with tomato sauce the Veggies and Mozzarella.

  1. An order of Calamari * LIGHTLY COOKED *. it should not be curly, or rubbery,

I received overcooked rubbery calamari

3). I ordered a Penne Arrabbiata - but substitute Orcheta for the Penne. This order was not for me, but I tasted it. It was NOT spicy at all, there were a few pieces of sliced sausage cut in halves, very few onions, no hot peppers, very very light on the sauce. barely covered it and it was creamy.

Good news! Fortissimo’s is now fully open for inside dining & service. This means they are bringing back their reasonably priced gourmet lunch specials. Ask for Alexis for your table service & for a fantastic dining experience. Alexis is one of the most considerate & conscientious customer service professionals I’ve ever met. She has an amazing memory & can remember a detailed table guest order of 7 people all at once. She also remembers if you had any special preferences when you ordered from a previous time at the restaurant. Alexis set me up with a nice hot meatball calzone baked to perfection. One of my favorites at Fortissimo’s. This place is great. And, She’s the best!

Good news! Fortissimo’s is now fully open for inside dining & service. This means they are bringing back their reasonably priced gourmet lunch specials. Ask for Alexis for your table service & for a fantastic dining experience. Alexis is one of the most considerate & conscientious customer service professionals I’ve ever met. She has an amazing memory & can remember a detailed table guest order of 7 people all at once. She also remembers if you had any special preferences when you ordered from a previous time at the restaurant. Alexis set me up with a nice hot meatball calzone baked to perfection. One of my favorites at Fortissimo’s. This place is great. And, She’s the best!
