Had an excellent night at Primavera. The food was exceptional: fresh, well prepared, and very flavorful without trying to hard to be. I had the soft shelled crab appetizer, which was massive and perfectly panko crusted with a delicious side salad. My wife had the best Caesar salad of her life. Moving on to the entrees, she had the rack of lamb cooked medium rare, and I had the red snapper. The lamb was extremely tender, and had this delicate buttery taste and some kind of reduction, it was phenomenal. My red snapper was macadamia nut crusted, with a finally chopped mango papaya and avocado slaw on top with what seemed like a garlic Parmesan cream sauce with coconut. Best red snapper dish I've ever had. For dessert she had the best cannoli either one of us have ever had, along with one of the best (or maybe tied for tops?) tiramisu I've ever had!

All portions were perfect, and despite a busy Father's Day weekend, everything came out pretty quickly. Our server was very kind and helpful, but we did want to give a big shout out to Trish the hostess! Our table was right next to her host stand, and she very graciously and quietly jumped in quite a few times as a supporting role when she had down time, which ended up really making our experience seamless. Trish was our unsung hero!

We can't wait to come back and try what else has to offer! Don't change a...

Go and enjoy yourself! You won't regret it! The food , service, hostess, everyone was great and made you feel comfortable and at home, and most importantly- welcome . The food is absolutely delicious , and trust me you, will want to stay here and enjoy a glass or two of wine, and not feel rushed at all,or like your wasting their time etc. They had several different dessert options, sorbet and fruit available also. We ordered the tiramisu, chocolate cake, and canolis, all were terrific!! Don't forget to order a coffee with dessert, it's actually very very good coffee, which may not seem.like a big deal, but it's nice to order coffee and receive coffee, not watered down stuff etc.my mom is disabled and uses a walker, sometimes even a wheelchair, and the hostess and all of the people that worked there made her comfortable and she was able to enjoy the night.we hope to be back soon! We can't thank you enough for such a wonderful evening! This is the type of old school NJ restaurants I grew up knowing, and we are so happy to have found your place! We had a great time and...

I went to this restaurant to celebrate my two sisters' birthdays. Service from beginning to end was excellent. The restaurant is small, and I would advise reservations. They have a wonderful menu of great Italian dishes prepared to perfection. We ordered appetizers, which were calamari, shrimp arrabiata, and the meatballs with fresh ricotta. All were excellent. Our main entrees we ordered were the seafood cappalini, lasagna w/ meat sauce, and the pork chop. The seafood cappalini was excellently prepared, just simply delicious with plenty of lobster, shrimp, mussels, and clams! Double cut pork chop could easily feed two people. Lasagna was delicious as well. Don't skip the desserts. The New York cheese cake is a must try. I highly recommend...

We came here spontaneously and we were pleasantly surprised. Staff was professional, well mannered and welcoming. Atmosphere was romantic and classy. The food was absolutely great. A contender for the best lasagna I have ever had(and I have eaten at some great places in Manhattan), and the crab cake and shrimp were extraordinary as well. I had the chocolate mousse cake and my fiancee had the tiramisu, both were great for our individual palates. I like intense chocolate flavor, so it was perfect for me. The tiramisu was light and had a great balance of flavor. All in all, we had a great experience. We'll be back next time we are in the area, and we already recommended Primavera Ristorante to our friends.
