4Sixty6 Caterers — Attraction in West Orange

Okay service, horrible facilities, poor venue

SERVICE: The service was relatively okay. When asked servers were reasonable, however the things provided were far below the proper standards. It was very difficult to get any special accommodations.

DJ: Absolutely Horrible. Not a single song was played completely through. This was probably the worst aspect of the entire night. We rented out the venue and had a list of songs that we provided to the DJ and they ended up merging each sing, playing half a minute of each with deafening bass in between. This type of venue breeds drug addicts and kids on hallucinogens. The music was beyond awful especially when the DJ attempted to improvise and play his own content. Just awful

VENUE:I cannot complain too harshly about the venue itself other than that it was used very poorly. Strobe lights were being flashed all over the place like it was a club scene. Some of the people at the event we're having migraines from the flashing lights and the hosts refused to calm down the lighting saying that it was on a pre configured setting. Other than that this club type venue should never be used for a special event. Would never return to this place. Bathrooms were okay, but nothing special.

CATERING: Food was poor, too few options and would not consider meals for those with allergies. Personally that was something that was dispicable to me. As a person with Celiac disease I had to pick out the crouton from a salad during the night while other people were just forced to bring their own food . Horrible catering place, expect nothing special with the food

STAFF: the workers were reasonable and had obviously been trained for club scene type nights. They were very strict and unwilling to be kind or accommodating. Also there was way too much staff, many people were standing there doing nothing except being in the way if guests.

For the process of this venue I personally would never return....

This place is truly wonderful. My son attended a bar mitzvah at the venue and brought some valuable football cards in his backpack, which he checked at the coat check. Upon leaving the party, he realized the cards were not in his backpack. He was absolutely devastated so I reached out to the club and initially spoke with Kelly. She was so incredibly helpful and kind! Then I spoke with Malcolm, who was also took the report very seriously and reviewed all of the security camera footage. It was a giant mystery since nothing showed up on the footage… Until we discovered the cards had been lodged between the seats in the dark car while my son was throwing things around, looking for them! Crisis averted!! However, this does not minimize the fact that the staff was eager to help us, not remotely dismissive, and truly cared that the issue was resolved. If I didn’t already have a venue for my son’s Bar Mitzvah, I would absolutely...

I attended a friend's Sweet 16 at 4Sixty6 last weekend and all I have to say is: WOW! From the food, to the staff, to the entertainment... everything was out of this world. The chef did an impeccable job with every course and everything was cooked to perfection. The staff was extremely accommodating and were quick to assist you or get you anything you needed. The lighting in the venue really set the mood and got everyone pumped up to begin a night of dancing and fun. Not only was the lighting awesome, but the space itself... there's nothing like it. With multiple floors, private VIP areas, cabanas and a sophisticated bar dubbed the Oak Room, you can't go wrong. You'd be crazy not to book 4Sixty6 for your next event - I can promise you that you won't be...
