We recently hosted a surprise birthday party and had Bono Pizza & Pasta cater the food—and wow, they absolutely exceeded our expectations! From start to finish, their food was nothing short of amazing. We ordered Chicken Parmesan, BBQ ribs, honey/garlic chicken wings, medium buffalo wings, meatballs, penne ala vodka, penne with red sauce, & crispy chicken avocado salad. Every dish was a hit! The Chicken Parmesan was perfectly crispy with just the right amount of sauce and cheese. The BBQ ribs were tender, fall-off-the-bone delicious, and packed with flavor. The chicken wings were a crowd favorite—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned to perfection. The meatballs were incredibly flavorful, and the crispy chicken avocado salad was fresh, vibrant, and a great complement to the meal. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious everything was! Many even asked where we got the food from because they wanted to order for their own events. I am so so SO pleased with my first experience with Bono Pizza! The woman I spoke with that took my order was very polite and helpful. I ordered the calamari, a side of chilled bowtie pesto pasta, and the pasta fagioli soup (shown in the pictures). All three were DELICIOUS! The calamari and soup arrived piping hot, which as we all know is not the case for most food deliveries. The pesto pasta was cooked perfectly, calamari had a great crunch on the batter, and the soup had deep levels of yummy Italian flavors. From the time I called Bono to the time my food arrived at my office, it was only 26 minutes! Also, the pricing is extremely fair and they even offer free delivery within a 4 mile radius of their restaurant! The convenience of delicious, hot food being delivered while I'm working in the office is great...I can't wait to try their pizzas, calzones, salads, chicken wings and more in the near future! We drove 15 minutes away because of its reviews. I will start with the fact that I called 4x & was put on hold (longest of the 4 was 8 min) my husband called from his phone & we got the order in. Waited to leave the house 20 min plus 15 minute drive. We were given a 30-35 m window. We waited additional 18 min at the shop. When finally we received order prior to leaving I asked the young lady if order was complete - I went through the list. Total was $79 & some change. We drive back home 15 minutes, when I take out the order my meatballs were left out of the order. I called & was told that “they” left it out of the bag. I’m bit sure who she is blaming since she packed the order. Waiting on a refund as we were not driving back. The food we did get was decent & a significant portion. My husband’s ravioli was a bit under seasoned but my penne was tasty.

It’s disappointing that the service was sub par - I was hoping to have this be a regular spot. She needs some training on handling multiple customers...
