Unbelievable help. My Trane HVAC outside cooling fan went to rainbow bridge.Of course, this happened when the temperature in South Florida was over 90 Degrees and everyone in the household was suffering. Instead of calling a tech which would cost a huge amount of money, I took the fan motor to ASAP Appliance for help. They did not have the exact replacement for my 19 year old AC which wasn't really a head scratcher. However, Carlos spent a great amount of time finding something which would work with this old system and bottom line is it all worked.

Out of curiosity, I went online to compare prices for a new motor and found my total cost was LESS than the OME AND his help to get my ancient AC to work properly was priceless. I did not compromise to find the cheapest way to have it function however, it just worked out at a lower price which was a plus.

The one on one help was priceless and I witnessed his staff helping others that walked in with the same type of customer service. They have any future business from me and others I talk to about their outstanding...

Highway Robbery! This place is the worst! My husband went to by a stove element. They up-charged the part by 115% and they said it is because they have to cover the cost of shipping to them. It was onsite at the store when we got it, but that was the justification they gave us. They knew we were in a bind b/c Thanksgiving in a few days and we didn't have to order it online and they took advantage of that. When my husband installed the part, he saw that the actual electrical board was fried and wanted to return the part. We never even plugged the stove in! Didn't use it. Gave it back to them just as we got it and they REFUSED to give us our money back just because the part was installed and then taken out all in 2 min. There is no damage to the part at all, it's just useless to us since the electrical board is fried. We ended us wasting time and money there and bought a new stove. We will NEVER go to this store again and we advise you don't bother either. They are there to take advantage and...

Wish I could give them 0 stars! Horrible Customer Service! Called for several days, no one ever answered. I walked in & there were 3 people behind the desk talking with each other, phone ringing and no one was answering. It took them six minutes to acknowledge me. The old man that assisted me was rude, after looking for the information on his computer, went to the back, returned with the part in hand ready to cash me out without even telling me how much the part was. When I asked, he rolled his eyes & gave me a total. I said I wanted to see the part & opened the package to ensure I had the correct part he was mumbling about it. I paid fot the part & left. Had to go back the next day to return the part because it was not the one needed they tell me they won't take the part back because he knows it had been installed. No one ever said anything the day before & the receipt says nothing about no returns if part is installed. Ridiculous! Won't ever go back! Will...
