Ordered from burger Den. Three burgers with an order worth of $60. Little be hold, it’s actually a Dennys. We got there checked the food and everything looked good minus the tiny size of my be of the burgers (the one that was supposed to be free). So, we bring that up and the manager attempts to say that’s just “the size of the patty because it wasn’t pressed.” Which would actually mean it wouldn’t be fully cooked usually but regardless; a smaller one was given because it was “free”. So, we decide to purchase another patty. Just to add an additional one to the very small sized patty not even half the size of my palm. So, online for the burger den an additional patty is $2.29 we had to pay Denny’s pricing of $4.91. After we put the order in the manager then proceeded to talk about us to the other staff members. When we asked for ketchup to go she handed us a bag that was dirty and had a ketchup stain on the outside. I personally have 10 years of hospitality and customer service experience and this was completely uncalled for and some of the poorest satisfaction I think I’d expect from a food service industry. Operation of several business within a Dennie’s doesn’t seem like it’s working out all that well. Might also add the additional patty was pathetic in size for an additionally burger patty. Needs new management and staff if you ask me. Especially when operating several different businesses within a poorly facilitated Dennys. -5/10 never returning to this Dennys and word of...
Read moreOur waitress Elizabeth was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Our food came in a timely fashion and was good as we ate it all. My minor complaints are that they were out of the pancake puppies that my grandson wanted and out of the ranch dressing we both wanted for our fries and that the other male server on the floor was overheard not being knowledgeable about the menu items and my order. I ordered the meaty melt and he was being loud at the counter and asking if Elizabeth if she knew that the sandwich had eggs on it which is incorrect, he was mixing it up with the brisket sandwich that does have eggs. I am not a fan of eggs on a sandwich and would have never ordered that sandwich if it had eggs. I had to double check with Elizabeth and she confirmed that it did not have eggs and that he was incorrect. I do have one suggestion and that would be that when tables are wiped down that the condiment containers also get wiped down. I would hope that this should apply to all restaurants but unfortunately it doesn't. It is unpleasant to pick up the salt and pepper shakers and have them be sticky. I only posted this review because of Elizabeth, she was doing a great job and seems to take pride in her service and in our opinion deserves a raise. Good luck in life Elizabeth, we...
