A friend who lives in the area raved about this place. I thought he was probably over hyping it, I was wrong! This place is FANTASTIC!!!

Wish it was closer, when you walk in, you could smell the produce, which is a nice fresh smell. Smells Sweet near the fruit area, which is so inviting. When I visited I wish I hadn't already have purchased produce from another grocery chain, otherwise I would have stocked up. I did however, purchase some TVP (Texturized Vegetable Protein) which I was pleasantly surprised they sold. Also bought fresh herbs...the basil bunch is HUGE!!! The prices for herbs for the amount you receive is unbelievable! I almost feel guilty for paying so little.

They also have a bulk section of dried beans and legumes. Had I known, I would have brought my own containers to fill. They also have a bulk pepper and misc. section that includes Tamarind and Flor de Jamaica leaves (Dried Hibiscus) aka Hibiscus Tea which is great for blood pressure and other ailments which I learned from friends. They carry some hard to find produce and a section that I believe is a juice bar where you can order a smoothie, acai bowl and other treats.

They also stock a whole array of authentic Mexican treats and pantry items. This is DEFINITELY a must see if you like unique and super fresh produce. P.S. They have a section of $1.00 produce that is ripe and ready to eat...Might be a little bruised, but so worth it. I bought the mini manzano bananas and froze them for smoothies. I ate a couple and they were SOOO good! The employees that work there are so nice. I need to plan a trip when I need to restock on produce, herbs and dry bulk items. Make this a MUST see on your places...

It honestly pains me to write this review because I have been shopping at Don Victorio’s for years. I go there at least once a week, sometimes even twice. Everyone there is always super nice, and I truly believe they have the best produce around. I’ve always trusted them for my fruits and vegetables because everything is consistently fresh and holds up beautifully.

That’s why I was so surprised when, for the first time ever, I had an issue. On Feb 15, I bought some arugula which usually lasts at least a week in my fridge, but just two days later, it was already wilting and turning yellow. The “use by” date on the package was Feb 22. Since this had never happened before, I figured I’d just bring it back on Feb 18 to exchange it for a fresh batch, and pick up a few other things while I was there.

When I tried to exchange it, they asked for my receipt. Now, I completely understand why any store would have that policy, but I’ve never saved a receipt from Don Victorio’s—because I’ve never had a reason to return anything. I wasn’t asking for my money back, just a simple exchange for something that probably cost them next to nothing. Instead of taking care of a loyal customer, they turned me away.

More than anything, I was disappointed and surprised. I really thought this was the one store that would look out for its regulars. Because of this experience, I have to give them 3 stars instead of the 5 that I normally would. I’ll still continue shopping there because their produce is unmatched—but from now on, I’ll be sure to...

About the Fresh Market: This fresh market is a true haven for anyone seeking a wide variety of fresh and affordable veggies and fruits.

About the Experience: During my visits, I've found this market to be exceptional for grocery shopping, providing a diverse range of fresh produce at very reasonable prices. The standout feature, however, is their juice corner, offering an array of refreshing juices. What sets them apart is the ability to blend juices using the vegetables you purchase in-store.

Among the many amazing juices I've tried, "Don Vic's Special," "Fully C," and a unique "Red Juice" were absolute highlights. The freshness and flavors were unparalleled.

In summary, this market's juice corner is a true hidden gem, deserving a five-star rating. The affordability, freshness, and the innovative concept of blending juices from purchased vegetables make this a must-visit for anyone looking for a wholesome and...
