I was on my way home from work and decided to get some coffee which I often do at this location since it's along the way. I pulled up in the drive thru and noticed a sign for a couple different coffees for 2$ between 2-6, one being something called an Americano, which sounded interesting. I told the lady that I wanted that 2$ Americano to which she asked if I wanted it iced or hot, I said iced, she asked if I wanted cream , sugar, etc. I complete my order and drive up, when I get to the window, I see the total being 4 and some change. I ask the lady why it's priced as such when I specifically asked for the 2$ deal. She told me in a matter of factly voice; "Oh that's only for the latte." I told her forget it and drove away. My question is: Why couldn't she had told me it was for the latte only when I was still ordering? Why take a complete order with me never asking for a latte version of the Americano and then tell me after the fact? It's a complete waste of time. I've never had a problem up until now at that location, but it seems the customer service and friendly attitude are starting to lack in the afternoons lately, which is sad because that was my go to spot for coffee. I guess I'll have to try somewhere else...
Read moreWorst Dunkin experience by far. The $2 upcharge for the 4 ounces of oat milk would normally be the worst offender but it was the actual customer service that made the experience terrible. Made a hot coffee instead of the iced I specified twice when I ordered, and rudely comments "well you said you wanted hot" instead of apologizing for the miscommunication. When I ask to void the transaction and reimburse me for the error (as I had already applied a $3 credit to what would normally be a $3.63 drink at any other dunkin and here they were asking $4.85) they comment they "could not" do that for me while also denying that they would make me the correct coffee, as."it would've costed more" despite them getting my order wrong in the first place. Didn't even finish paying, take the credit, no reason to spend nearly $5 on a place that treats you worse than a dollar bill.

Read more😠 Apologies for not being able to do this review immediately. This location has got to be the WORST DD in PB County, if not all of Florida. Maybe even in the DD Universe. The staff was running around like they had the drive thru stacked up around the block. When in fact there was only the car at the window. I stood at the counter for a good five minutes before any of them every bothered acknowledging my presence. Then it took the lady another two or three minutes to actually come to the register, and ask if she could help me. After finally making my order, which till then I thought would be impossible to get wrong. I ended up with UNSWEET tea. Turns out this location doesn't even have SWEET Tea.
