Dunkin' — Restaurant in West Palm Beach

extremely unprofessional! walked in at approx. 9:30pm at night- young female showed up at counter approx. 5 minutes after I was standing in line (no one else in store) and said "our ovens are turned off so I can't sell you any food" - I proceeded to look straight ahead of me to all the donuts and bagels and said - not anything that's cold? I ordered a wrap (don't you microwave these- confused? not available also) ...she said all ovens turn off at 9/9:30- sign outside said open? very short with me with a major attitude problem- rolling her eyes and listening to man from kitchen who was speaking in a foreign language to her as she was rolling her eyes about my questions can I get a bagel? donut ? anything? so proceeded to get (what later we found was a stale bagel and stale donuts) terrible tasting actually- for my daughter at home- I've never experienced customer service like this---will never go to this store again- now I know why starbucks is far busier and far superior these days- I've always been a dunkin donuts fan-...

I've been going to this Dunkin everyday for the past week since it is next to my hotel. As an avid Dunkin drinker, here's my take: They get a star for cleanliness, another one for friendliness, and finally a third star for being speedy enough when you order something. They are however losing 2 stars because of....well, their cold brew doesn't taste like cold brew! It's significantly weaker than any other DD cold brews (which I regularly drink at several different locations) to where it just tastes like regular iced coffee. Basically you're paying for something you're not getting and whether it's accidental or not, they are not brewing it correctly or for long enough to get the strong, caffeinated taste DD Cold Brew is supposed to be. Other than this issue, everything at this location is great. They do not have a drive thru but can't blame them, there isn't space...

I went into this Dunkin' donuts instead of the one for the south on Dixie highway because it's not as busy. What a mistake. Now I know why this place is not busy. I would have got my order faster at a busy place.I ordered two lattes. And people that came in after me got their order before me. So I question where's my order . The person said what order and I told them then they had to get the other person to stop what they were doing to make my order and my cups were labeled by the machine that should have been made already. When the manager told me that they were busy they really would not busy and people that came in after me got the order before me they forgot my order. And when I questioned it they had an attitude. I will never go there again and when they mention that to the manager the response back you can go wherever you want....
