Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in West Palm Beach

Omg the worst experience ever at the 1 on Dixie,I called and ordered the $5 w/ pepperoni xtra crispy cuz I didn't wanna wait,I get there and the girl charges me $6.31 I asked her why it wasn't $5.30 What I always pay,she told me cuz corporate didn't want them doing that,we told her we just saw commercial, she told us it's cuz it was the one w/ xtra cheese n pepperoni,I tell her that's not what I ordered she says "I can make u a new 1 but u hav to wait 12mins,which was the reason I called,didn't wanna wait cuz I was starving. She ended up giving it to us for $5,we took it,even tho I don't like xtra cuz but was hungry.It wasn't about the xtra $1 It was bout her giving me something I didn't order. I told her if corporate didn't like them doing $5 pizzas then it's false advertisement,she laughed and I told her it's not funny. Lol. Besides the pizza when we walked up she was outside with like 6 or 7 guys some younger some older(who were drinking and looked drunk)they were right by door so we had to squeeze by and she had customers inside. I have had the worst service the girl behind the counter was extremely rude and the breadsticks came out without any of the cheese or sauce and was extremely dry and when asked why the worker behind the counter said that she had put cheese on the breadsticks herself and when showed the breadsticks. She said that I would have to pay extra for garlic sauce and she never stood up to take orders she was on a rolling chair i have been a customer at this location for years and have been in the area for a long time and ive never had that bad of a experience I wouldnt recommend going I will be changing my usual pizza place when Melissa was working the food was always good. I called in ahead to place my order. The employee that took my call was both professional and friendly. She spoke in a clear voice and made sure to repeat my order back to me. The only problem was that they were out of thin crust at that time so, after apologizing,she recommended another option which is now my new favorite. She suggested add-ons like I suspect they force you to ask but she seemed sincere about it and didn't sound phony when pushing the items. They let me know my order would be ready in 15 minutes. It was. When I arrived at the store everything within my sight looked clean. Most importantly nobody looked upset that I was one of those customers that orders within 45 minutes of closing. Altogether I had a good experience despite not having the thin crust I was still happy with her suggestion...
