Listen - if you live in Palm beach or visiting, Smackin J’s is definitely food that you want to experience! the owner provided excellent customer service. He was very respectful over the phone with me and patient- I spoke briefly and placed my order. The presentation of my dish shows that he cares about his work, my food was cooked to order . The flavors were explosive in my mouth the waffles were sweet and moist topped with icing and powdered sugar the wings were crispy and evenly coated in the sauce to be honest I am not even sure what flavored sauce was used for the chicken all I know is the flavors paired well together. The chicken had flavor down to its bones just amazing. I order from here multiple times but last night I ordered off DoorDash. I ordered two 5piece wings and waffles. The drive only picked up one order, I called Smackin Js and let them know one of my plates was left behind. He issued me a refund thru DoorDash and gave me another plate for free plus a lemonade! Checked the website said it was open.. ordered food for my family thru DoorDash pick up. DoorDash charged my card for the food. Drove 20 minutes from Boynton Beach to the location to find out they are closed. Not only that it was closed, I was met with a guy with attitude telling me they re closed and to cancel my order. SMH what a waist of time and no consideration...
