So I’m usually pretty adamant on being very honest on my reviews and not just blowing up on a place be at negatively or positively just for the heck of it with that being said the three sushi rolls I had today from this restaurant were over $50 total with water. The fish to rice ratio was by far the furthest off that I’ve ever experienced and I’ve been to some very shy sushi places as well as high sushi places, but I’ve noticed that the reviews on here for the new named Sushi steakhouse is sharing and utilizing all of the comments that were given to this restaurant before the name change and ownership change, I let my wait staff know that I think there’s a problem with the Seth being too tight for the owner being too tight on the fish going into the sushi rolls. I know Sam is not from here but that doesn’t even matter. I hope he listens to a few of his last reviews under the name of his restaurant and if anyone else thinks that I’m on something with the complaint on the amount of rice in the sushi roll then please let it be known, so maybe this guy can change it to be better. I came here to get my fixed today while West Plains and I spent 50 bucks for basically bowls of rice topped with a little bit of fish under new ownership I am 0-2 for a good experience the last time there was a small bug in our food, and that waiter didn’t offer to try and fix it. I left zero tip on $100 ticket. (never done that and shared with waiter why as well). I mean we can’t get any better if we don’t know where we’re faulting. hopefully this review will spark something, but if not, at least you have my honest opinion. Good...

If you’re looking for an incredible dining experience, Kentzio Japanese Steakhouse and Hibachi Grill is the place to go! We’ve eaten at restaurants all over the United States, and this one truly stands out as one of the best. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, setting the perfect tone for an enjoyable meal. The staff was exceptionally professional and kind, even taking the extra step to repeat our order to ensure everything was exactly as we wanted. Now, let’s talk about the food—absolutely phenomenal! The presentation alone was impressive, with a stunning bridge display at our table that made the experience even more memorable. Every dish spoke for itself with incredible flavor and quality. The sushi was fresh, generously sized, and tasted amazing. Everything we ate was cooked to perfection, and the sake? Hot and delicious, staying warm until the very last sip—just the way I love it! The crab rangoons was delicious as well try them! To top it all off, the prices were very friendly, especially considering the outstanding quality of both the food and service. Compared to many other restaurants we’ve been to, the bill was more than fair.A huge shoutout to Kentzio for such an outstanding experience—we will most definitely be back for more soon! Keep up the fantastic...
Read moreWe have tried to eat there twice now and months apart, since being under new ownership and it's been bad. I really questioned myself about leaving a "bad" review, but it needs to be said. My husband and I had a late lunch on a Saturday. Ordered four rolls and sashimi. My Mango Tango roll had the tinniest and thinnest slices of tuna I have ever seen! Seriously the pieces of fish were the size of my thumbnail! But the amount of rice in all the rolls was huge! The top of the rolls were even pinched to make a smaller space so the fish toppings looked like more. The sashimi platter came with cooked eel, it's supposed to all be raw fish! Made no sense! The sashimi slices were thin and flimsy. None of the fish was fresh and was close to being too far gone. I'm surprised we didn't get food poisoning. Our waitress was kind and we left her a tip, but the food was gross. We had a hard time eating our meal but was starving. Looking back we should have said something right then and refused it. But we were too hungry so we took a chance and ate it anyways. So glad we didn't get sick. The only thing nice about the place was the updated decor. The place looked good but did not taste good! Won't be back. Big city feel, really? We'd rather and will drive to...
