Absolutely terrible experience. Me and my family dined in this evening 8/27/21. First and last time for us! Service was absolutely terrible. Our server brought 4 of our 5 meals out, about 30 minutes after we ordered, one was wrong and had to be sent back to be remade, 20 minutes later when she finally came back and brought the new plate, I asked her where our 5th meal was and she had completely forgotten to even put it in and yes she admitted it! It's fine, it happens, I get it, but then we had to wait another 20 minutes for my daughter to actually get her meal. By the time she got her food, we were all done eating. When they did bring her her food, it was wrong! We sent it back and had them take it off the ticket and left. Our server seemed to disappear for long periods of time. We had to ask other servers for help because ours was never around! As far as the food goes, it was mediocre. I have definitely had better. My 10 year old daughter left hungry, we had to take her somewhere else to eat! Very...

On 7/24/2024, I ordered the shrimp taco dinner for lunch. The plate for which the tacos were served on was exceptionally hot. The soft taco shells were overly steamed and had lost their integrity. The tacos had to be eaten with a fork. The tacos were served on aluminum foil that stuck to the overly soft tacky shells. Strips of aluminum had to be removed from the contents of the mash. Despite the aluminum, the flavor was good.

I would have voiced my concerns to the waiter, but he spoke no English. I did explain my issue with the food to the female cashier. I received the well-earned sad look and given my receipt.

I will mark this up to merely having a bad day since I have never eaten at Los Amigos before. I usually do not give such harsh reviews, however soft tacos are pretty hard to mess up with any attention to detail. I would recommend serving the tacos on a taco holder for the pricier...

Been here many times, the food is always excellent! The service is good, as in the staff is friendly and they seem to try hard, but they have terrible staffing issues lately. The last few times we've eaten here they warned us that they are short handed when we walked in and if they do that to you, I suggest that you turn around and walk out. We just finished an almost 3 hour dining experience when it shouldn't have took an hour. The restaurant was packed, but it took them 15 minutes to bring drinks, 35 min to take our order, and another 1 hour and 15 min to bring the food! Two different tables close to us left without paying after sitting so long with just drinks and the chips and salsa and I don't know that they even noticed! They only had two servers for 100+ customers! So take my advice, if they tell you they are short handed, believe...
