Decent buffet and friendly staff. Everything was clean. The food was kept fresh and topped off while I was there. Not much to say other than it's a standard KFC. My only complaint is the salad bar didn't have Tomatoes or even a place for Tomatoes. I'm just accustomed to even the basic salad being at the least Lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers. So I just think that every salad bar should start there. But that really makes me feel selfish as a person because there are plenty of people who who have been happy with half of what was offered and never thought to complain. Used to be our favorite place to eat at least 2x per week. They recently remodeled and something has changed the taste of the food. The chicken is definitely not the same, not nearly as good....even found a partial grasshopper in the spinach. But my biggest complaint is the state of the bathrooms- dirty bathrooms with non-working soap dispensers....not just one visit, every visit, every single time. Bathrooms are filthy, and dispensers do not work. The restaurant has been a good one, but is starting to decline, even with the remodel, which is sadly unfinished- no window trim and NO BLINDS to shade you from the West sun as you sit at the West end tables. Need attention to detail. Please fix those soap...

Got our food in 10min when app said 20-30min. Place was dirty everywhere. Staff manager(big giant lady like 350lbs) was rude when I stood politely waiting. Said be right with you when we're not busy...then proceeds to stand doing nothing silently. Then said what's wrong with your food? I said look I just want plates and a forks. Upon looking at food it was cooked 2x after noticing them pulling another customers food to the back to switch it to us...gross. Plus it was soggy.
