Subway — Restaurant in West Plains

The people that waited on us thought that it was ok to put our food down on a dirty counter. When I asked them where the board was, oh we already cleaned it. Ok… Can you clean the counter because that is disgusting?? These kids didn’t want to do it. One woman ( I wish that I had gotten her name) willingly provided the proper customer service and was embarrassed by her coworkers. If all that wasn’t enough, things were left off my order and I had to come back. One of the kids just said, yeah, I know we charged you for that and it wasn’t there. What?? I’m done with this place!! Asked the person checking us out to make our sandwiches meals multiple times still rang it up as just sandwiches. Had to go back up and buy chips and drinks separately. Had an elderly man come through the line after us who had a hard time understanding a coupon he had. When he left the store the employees loudly talked bad about him and made fun of him for not understanding.Staff left all guests alone in dining room and could be heard in back goofing off. Completely unprofessional. I understand it's fast food, but that doesn't mean the staff have to be disrespectful...

If you were thinking about sandwiches for lunch or dinner, Subway is your place! Specifically this Subway. Employees are very nice and polite, both morning and night crews. It’s healthy and affordable. Not to mention their lobby is always clean and inviting. I always seem to find myself here.
