Burger King — Restaurant in West Plains

Honestly, if i could go here one time and receive well service and a good whoper without the bun or fries being stale all in one visit ill give it five stars. Until then ill always say west plains burger king is the worst. Always being asked to pull forward when no ones behind me, being given rude looks and receiving passive aggressive service from employees just sucks. Today i was asked to pull around to the first window to pay so i did. I waited, finally the dike or whatever they were asked opened the window and said “can you please pull forward to the first window?” I replied with “i am? This is the 1st window i pulled around to.” They said “no, this is the first window. The next one is the first window”. So i pulled to the SECOND window (that they call the first window) and pay for my food and get asked to pull forward with no one behind me (as always). I do because whatever, i just want my food. the bun was stale and so were the fries! After paying 17.29 for two whopers and a fry!! They were stale!? I keep trying to give burger king here in west plains more chances because i JUST WANT A GOOD WHOPER AND GOOD SERVICE. But. Apparently thats too much to ask for. Thank...

We had a late night, it was a long rough day and mom was hungry. She wanted a Burger King Whopper at 10 at night. So to the drive thru we went. Honestly, I wasn't expecting anything exciting, just a burger and meh fries. It's fast food and late at night .. expectations were not very high..

We were delighted to have been served hot fries, a fresh Whopper and great service for that time of night. I'm impressed and this experience has reshaped my thoughts on burger King. I have to say thank you to the nightshift crew and the management who guided them to bring the A level at near midnight. The service was really friendly and smiles everywhere. Honestly,I'm thankful for you who work the late night shift and can still be positive and upbeat. Mom enjoyed her craving for a Whopper and we enjoyed a double cheeseburger, fresh and hot! ---updated review: 8/5/24 I have noticed a big change in quality and the employees attitudes towards the quality of food and service. I have given them another chance and I've been happy with the difference. Food was made fresh and made the way I requested. Plus Burger King is always trying to add or change up their menu which is nice sometimes.
