Pizza Inn — Restaurant in West Plains

Pizza was fresh, hot, and had amazing variety. Service was good.

Kaitlyn was very friendly and stopped back couple more times to see if we needed anything.

The pizza buffet was full even with 10 people waiting to fill their plates.

This establishment was full of customers and yet was also handling to go orders as well.

Hard to pick favorite pizza, but enjoyed a chicken buffalo wing , Mexican, supreme, ham Hawaiian, and a black olive. All were thin crusted.

Dessert pizza was okay, missing the crumble toppings.

Salad bar was basic but good.

Parking spaces are tight, but plentiful.

It was an all around good evening out place.

I Did Not witness any of the negative aspects listed by other reviewers. With that said, waited a month for the place to get up and running well.

Spoke to manager upon finishing dinner. They had no issues with me taking photos, or looking around some. Checkout was fast, even with a defective pay screen device.

I rate it a much more enjoyable meal than a whopper or big mac at the same...

My son and I couldn't wait to try your restaurant. We were very disappointed. We got there 30 minutes after you opened.We told the server we would need two buffets and pizza to go. She said she would have to go ask if we could order a pizza to go. She said normally if busy they don't do that. She came back and said we could. We went to the buffet. Most of the pizza pans were empty. The dessert pizza were about empty. We saw some pasta. I didnt see any bread sticks. We managed to get two slices of pizza each. We tried one nugget the coating was soggy. The tator tots were cold. We didnt get anything off the salad bar. Why no lettuce to even make a salad. We got 4 slices of pizza, one nugget, few tater tots and two drinks for 33.00. We didn't order the pizza. You cant keep food on the buffet for us to eat. I should have to pay full price for this. I go to pay the lady said I can get you over here. She said the total and no thank you or anything. I understand a crowd but running out of food...

I am 55 years old and I have only left one other review in my life. I have never felt so much appreciation and respect for visiting a restaurant in my life. The Manager was what every business owner dreams of having in a Manager. He was so friendly and helpful. The food was hot and fresh and as good as I've ever had anywhere else. But that's not why I'm leaving this review. Our waiter was a young man named Trevor. I had never met him before so this is not personal. He was one of the nicest young men I have ever met. He truly cared about our experience and was so helpful. He worked and tried so hard. He was everything that you don't find in most young men these days. I hope this kid ends up owning a chain of Pizza Inns when he grows up. I can guarantee there won't be a better chain. If you want to have a great experience at a great Pizza Inn. Ask for one of Trevor's tables when you go. You will never appreciate reading a review more in your life. We all need more Trevor's...
