McDonald's — Restaurant in West Sacramento

Update I came back to this McDonald’s and I’m literally waiting 15 minutes for a order when I drove 15 minutes to get here can you grasp that this is twilight zone service there’s no other McDonald’s like these people you could get an order a half an hour away and you still come here and it’s not even started yet and when they do start it, they take 10 minutes at least to make it with several customers in the building. They’re sitting there in their cleaning when they have orders.

Shame on management shame on ownership shame on you I accepted a three dollar order that should've been ready immediately, but wasn't they had a worse time than Applebee's with nobody inside I've been doing DoorDash and Uber for eight years. I came to this location. I excepted a job. It took me 12 minutes to get there to pick it up and I sat inside for another 10 minutes and then finally they gave me my order they have this order for 22 minutes. This is worse than a restaurant. The staff was a bunch of clowns. They're so slow there was nobody inside there was one customer in the drive-through and that's it. Literally one customer inside one in the drive-through and it takes 20 plus minutes to do a mobile order this place is a joke. I go to McDonald's all day every day and never have i been to a McDonald's like this. I can't believe that they have a location like this and it's managed like this. There's no other location like this. No other McDonald's in the state of California makes you wait for a Uber order 22 minutes when the place is empty. so obviously this place cannot handle mobile orders or DoorDash or Uber or anything that's coming through as an order. They have the audacity to make us wait 10 minutes with the empty restaurant and they had a 13 minute heads up about the order. You guys need to turn off your app because you guys can't handle it you guys are mediocre . And for the ownership that doesn't understand how to run a store turn off your apps you guys can't handle the apps you're ruining drivers time and wasting our money and I said shame on you guys. You guys are horrible. Major update about this location. Nothing has changed. I accepted an order 10 minutes away. I get here there's nobody inside. They haven't started the order. It takes him five minutes to make the breakfast platter and then they realize that they didn't make the hashbrowns to go with it so they Took another five minutes they're sitting there with Moby looking faces not doing anything and they can't even prepare an order on time or ahead of time. There's no other location like this. It's either the management is stupid or...

Wow. Worst experience at a McDonalds I think ever. Ordered curbside, waited 12 minutes before finally going inside the restaurant. Stood there at the pick up counter for another 5 minutes before a rude cashier comes up and says order at the kiosk. I’m in the pick up line. And there were two gentlemen standing patiently in line waiting to order because they were paying in cash and didn’t understand how to use the kiosk respectively. Continued to wait as another curbside order was finally given out at the front counter. Gentleman ordered a sweet tea, apparently only available in the back and the employees couldn’t even read the receipt for the drinks and so had to ask for the drink again after having to also come inside the store to pick up his order. After having waited now 20 minutes for my curbside order I had to go inside for, the employee says, spot 3 and hands me my order that had obviously been sitting there for a considerable time since it was there before I’d entered the establishment. Food was cold. Cheese was basically just regular American from the fridge slapped on the burger. I’d have understood if there was a long line or if they were busy but their KDS showed only 1 ticket on the screen and there was no one in drive thru and nothing on the pickup screen. No excuses for such subpar performance and terrible food. Go anywhere else besides...

Annoying constant religious music. Promoting a religion is irritating to me.

I'm not saying classical music, international music, or others would be any better. Any music can sound nice, but express narrow minded unethical relationships.

Expressing being grateful when thinking of the future, and glorification, ... implies expectation, expresses self interest, and is expressed greed.

It hurts my sense of broadly considered ethics.

In the words of Thomas Jefferson, "...organized religion is the bain of humanity. "

Bain as in a willing group participant in promoting self service and greed.

Too bad there isn't music that teaches common sense instead of self serving greed.

Because of quantum causality, everything is part of a diversely evolving and repeating afterlife, unrelated to religion. It's just the physics we live within. What does it mean to expect more?

The McDonalds religious music discounts all other religions, and promotes greed and justifies harming others. I hope McDonalds chooses one day to select music based on broadly diverse ethical considerations.
