Starbucks — Restaurant in West Sacramento

I just got off the phone the Starbucks in terminal A. The reason for my call was to see if they offered hot water that was purified for my three month old formula fed only daughter. The reason being is because when you’re going through security you’re only allowed to bring 3.5 ounces and they have to be in individual bottles and all tested. It would be easier for me to bring one to two bottles and get the rest after security. I called this location 1 to 2 weeks in advance before our trip. I called this location twice within five minutes because I had forgotten some questions during the first phone call. The male employee that was answering my questions seemed pretty kind but he hung up on me in the second phone call before I had finished speaking. I thought that was rude. When we travel it’ll be only myself for adults, my three-month-old daughter and 3 to 4 nieces and nephews under the age of 10. Had to wait several minutes for the 3 people working to stop laughing and playing around with each other before being acknowledged. Then I ordered a turkey sandwich and was told they didn't have that one, no biggy. There was another turkey sandwich which would be fine. Then she got distracted by another employee and forgot about it. Then a guy came out from the back and she looked at me and said oh yea, he needs a turkey sandwich. So he grabbed one and threw it in the oven. I went to pay and was told they weren't currently accepting cash. Again, no big deal and payed with a card. Got my food and went to catch my shuttle. This location is attached with so many travels for me. I always sit there when waiting to leave Sacramento as I always use this specific terminal. To be honest you can’t give SB except about 2-3 stars only just because it’s SB and it’s limited quality of coffee and the chain that is normal and not too special. But I like this SB specially because of the location and the association of all my travel and trips.
