Worst phone service experience I’ve ever had in my life. My go to wings place was closed today so I called them to ask if they do pick up orders the man I was speaking to was so rude he hung up on me a total of five times. I thought there was something wrong with the phone so I called again and he told me that he was hanging up he said Word for Word “you’ve called a total of five times what do you want?” Excuse me I’ve called five times because you kept hanging up on me! i’m a potential buyer from your business. I am putting my money in time into you guys. The least I expect is for you to answer a couple of questions that I have regarding the order I wanted to place. Its not even that I was being rude I even apologize for calling multiple times because I knew it was probably annoying, but I thought their phone was having issues no that the guy was straight up hanging up on me every time I was asking a question. I legitimately couldn’t get a sentence out before I heard the phone beep every time. He just gave me a one word answer, and hung up on me. That’s not respectful at all. I work with customers too all the time even if we’re busy, I never do that! I am never going here in my life if that was the experience I had over the phone. I can’t even imagine what it’s like sitting there interacting with these...
Read moreCollins Bar is a disgrace, they pride themselves with banners of military insignia plastered all over the walls and yet they treated me like garbage after they were done taking my money. I am a disabled combat veteran myself, even had a wounded warrior project hat that day. I took some friends because I lived right next to the place. We were just chatting having a drink and eating. The first bartender was nice, however the other bartender came in and began scolding us for no reason, (I think its because he heard me briefly speak some Spanish to one of the co-workers) They ended up making up an excuse to kick us out. No one in my group was rude or loud, However they were cursing at us telling us we don't belong there so on and so forth. So, any veterans out there reading this forget this place, its an illusion that they support us. When I tried to diffuse the situation I told the small older person "Listen we don't want any trouble, if you want us to leave we will, no problem, I am a veteran recently returned and figured this was a nice place because of all the emblems on your wall" he answered by saying he didn't give a f* about my service I don't belong there.

Read moreMy brother and I had tried to go to Collins several times before. From the street view it appears that although there's people inside after a certain time of night they lock the doors. However it was after catching someone coming out of a back door and asking him about it he said you always use the rear entrance by the parking lot and you even have to pull the door handle in a certain way to open it giving it a speakeasy kind of vibe to it. The interior is decked out with all the classic New England sports memorabilia, plenty of seating a level pool table and most importantly the drinks were beyond reasonably priced. I think we got there around 10:00 or so got instant bar service played a couple of games of pool, and by the time we were leaving after a couple of beers each our tab was like 8 bucks! Great dive spot highly...
