I visited your café today and absolutely loved it! It’s such a hidden little treasure—very cozy, with great customer service. I really enjoyed my conversation with the two individuals who were tending to me; they made my visit extra special.

I’d love to offer a few suggestions that could make your menu and experience even better:

Coffee Suggestions: • Spanish Coffee: Made with Carnation milk and coffee, hot or iced—so simple and delicious. • Vietnamese Coffee: Strong coffee with condensed milk, ice, and Carnation milk—refreshing and bold. • Vietnamese Coconut Iced Coffee: A mix of condensed milk, coconut cream, and coconut milk over crushed ice—creamy and tropical, so yummy!

Customer Experience Ideas: • A loyalty card (buy 5 or 12 coffees, get one free) to encourage customers to come back regularly. • Add a small logo on your coffee cups—a great way to build identity. • Or even write a short word of encouragement or positivity on the cups (e.g., “Have a blessed day ☀️” or “You’ve got this 💪☕”)—little touches that make customers smile and remember their visit.

It's so nice to finally have an independent coffee shop right here in West Springfield and within a short walking distance from my house. I come in a couple times a week for either a latte or mocha, and every time I am always greeted with a warm welcome and a smile and prompt service. The shop is immaculate, with small tables for those who just want to sit and chat or get some work done, and free Wifi is available. The quality of the coffee itself is superb - just the smell of it when it's being ground brings me joy. 😄 I especially like the mocha, since it's not too sweet, which is often a problem at other places when I order one. The balance of sweetness and espresso is perfect. They also have locally-sourced pastries, such as muffins, scones, and other items, all of which are fresh and delicious. Prices are reasonable - precisely in-line with what I would expect for the quality received. Overall, I'm thrilled that this coffee shop opened so close to my home, and I will be returning very often in the coming months. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for something better than the usual coffee chains that are on offer around here....

We need several ‘Little Springs Coffee’ shops in Western NY as I can’t be deprived of the best tasting latte I’ve ever had. The one and only Iced Butter Cream Latte that’s been mentioned over and over again by the reviewers. The two I had were definitely not enough.

Perfectly balanced flavours, beautifully presented and it’s a must try for anyone thinking of visiting. I promise you won’t regret it!

The interior is warm and welcoming with vibrant eye catching flower arrangements. The seating is excellent with the addition of outdoor seating too (weather dependent).

The rich aroma of coffee really draws you in. But what makes this cafe exceptional are the wonderful staff. Friendly, polite, helpful, knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions you may have.
