We called about 6:30 on a Saturday knowing that it would be a little busy. We placed a $56 order and was told it would be there in about an hour I told the lady on the phone that we live in a condo with a locked door so when the guy gets here give us a call and we'll let him in she took my phone number down. Right up before 8:30 our food still had not arrived so I called to find out what was going on she replied "oh you're the delivery on Elm Street! yeah he came and you never answered your phone." Now obviously I had told them that we lived in a locked condo and to call so I was waiting for the phone to ring and I never received a call, and even so when the delivery guy got back there why didn't you call me? It took me having to call you to find out where my food was. Was it because you already had your money and you weren't concerned? Because that's how I feel it was. went back and forth with me for a minute but still remained polite . Now she says that they were going to be bringing my food back. I replied I have been waiting almost 2 hours and I really don't want you to bring me back cold food. She said we're reheating it and I said I'm sorry I'm not paying $56 for reheated food so id really just like a refund at this point. Because now I'm going to have to wait another what?? half an hour 45 minutes before my food gets here and then it's going to be after 9:00? No... At that point the manager gets on the phone and the first thing he says in the MOST rude way is "why didn't you answer the phone when my guy called you!?" I explained to him that the phone never rang I don't have any missed calls I've been sitting here the whole time waiting I said I'd like a refund he said "yeah you'll get your refund don't call here again we won't be taking your order" and hung up on me I called back to ask when my refund would be back on my card he said 2 to 3 days. It has been about two weeks now and I still haven't gotten a refund and they refused to do anything about it and there's pretty much nothing I can do so we are out $56 we had no food from them and the manager was BEYOND rude. Not one I'm sorry not an apology not any sort of trying to rectify the situation . Just a lot of I don't care and a lot of disrespectful attitude . I would never recommend dealing with these people because they have the worst business skills I've ever heard...

Bella Napoli, Sorrento, Liquori's and Mamma Mia's are just mediocre, which is especially surprising for their longtime standing in the community and classy, upscale atmospheres. More interestingly, is that I was severely sickened with Salmonella Poisoning (Salmonellosis) from one of the more classy establishments a few years ago after eating infected chicken; the foodborne pathogen was rancid throughout the chicken wings that I ordered and partially consumed. Although, the staff at Village Pizza may not be the most personable folks, the food has consistently been decent.
