The lighting is like an interrogation room. At 7:00 am the bathroom was already dirty, toilet paper strewn on the floor, pubic hair and urine on the rim of the toilet. The place was empty, still the table I sat at was dirty, rings of previous customersâ drinks visible on the table surface. The music was loud and playing a local radio station, commercials, horrible 80âs music, and nattering radio hosts. As a company canât Dunkinâ afford to create playlists for its stores? Iâm at Dunkinâ and hearing advertisements for Wendyâs and other Dunkinâ competitors. That is just bad business, and itâs annoying to customers. It seems this location is geared toward drive through and take out, and it shows. The interior is so unwelcoming it feels like a deliberate strategy to keep people from lingering. The hash browns were luke warm and didnât fill the bag. Looked like half a serving. I got the bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. The croissant was terrible. The cheese wasnât melted, and it was just a processed cheese food slice. The egg⌠meh.    Read moreIt is Sunday morning, 930, St Patrick's weekend drive thru madness and the crew this morning was CRUSHING IT. I personally went in the lobby as the drive thru line did reach relatively close to the light/intersection and I was pulling in from the other side and looked like I was in for a commitment. Presuming a little bit of a stressed situation among the work stations as I walked in and not at all! I was listening and observing all that was going on, still expecting to make myself comfortable as the line continued out around the corner on route 20. The cashier who volunteered to hop off his station and to come and place my order was friendly and sociable and I was in and out in five minutes with all my food and drinks! I believe in this day and age there's more than something to be said about an excellent strong crew but above all in the fast food service and I hope my comments here encourages everyone to treat this, and all, teams with kind words and even kinder direct tip payment! They deserve recognition and I hope this continues on for these employees and the communities they're working hard to provide the essence of life...

I asked to have my coffee light with almond milk. (This is a request I have asked from many D&D in the area) My son ordered his food and drink.My son paid and we were waiting when this ( I assume manager with glasses) yells across to this employee . You gotta charge her triple. I had already paid extra for almond milk. He then looked at me and said gruffly almond milk is expensive ! As if I had done something wrong. Now the line is long and the employee looks confused. I just said just give me the money back. This manager went to register and handed me the incorrect money. I was embarrassed.
