Have never had BR so was open minded... bought a pint of Del Fuego for my husband, who Iâve made a mixture of cinnamon, cayenne, chili and brown sugar for his coffee. Bought it because it advertised choc ice cream w cinnamon and hint of chili. Pretty good, the ice cream itself was not very rich. I also bought a pint pumpkin cheesecake. My two favorite things! Pretty good.... same mistake as most. Overly sweet, heavy handed w the pumpkin pie spice..... and no chunks of graham cracker crust?! Did the trick, I liked it. For immediate, a brownie sundae. So a Dunkinâ Donuts choc brownie (đż) a scope of rocky road (on point!!!) and caramel turtle. Surprisingly not too sweet and all together very good. Expensive! Hard to swallow paying extra to have pints packed that werenât ready. Major concern: the worker, who was very accommodating and sweet, was scooping funny. A asked. Her wrist was out of joking and she continued!!! Could only tell he I carried 45 pound t rays and my wrist was never the same and she could have it fixed.    Read moreIf I could rates this with no stars I would! Me and my group of girlfriends visited Orlando Florida and decided to stop for some ice cream. We wait for about 10-15min in line. The cashier name Jennifer was working at the time gave us the worst experience EVER! Not only did she not greet us she also spoke very quite and kept pouting at the line. They had deal going if you bought two scoops of ice cream youâd would get a free âFRESHLY BAKED WAFFLE CONEâ I asked her just to confirm the deal and she simply stated âthose cones were baked since yesterday and they are soggyâ so I asked âdonât you guys freshly bake new onesâ and she just shrugged her shoulder and said âthereâs no one to make it.â One of my friends also order a drink and she just punched in the order and left or clocked out after and left everyone in line waiting. This is by far my worst experience and at a ice cream shop. I hope that basket Robbins reads these reviews and take action and do something about...
   Read moreGood thing I checked! I ordered a birthday cake online 24 hours in advance, their policy request if you cancel or change your order to notify them 48 hours before order pick up. They could not complete my order, their employee that does their cakes called in, they did not notify me of this at all (if you want notice give your customers notice). I came into the store a few hours before pick up to check on the status of the cake, I was told by the shift manager that they could do it tomorrow or I could grab a generic one out of the display freezer. She walked away once I came back to the counter with a cake I picked out of the display freezer. In the 20 minutes I spent in the store I feel Management here needs to be re-evaluated, shift manager had poor attitude when dealing with customers and did not even try to make it seem like she cared. Her employees were scrambling to help people while she stood around and gossiped...
