Despite having lived under two blocks away from this OUTSTANDING ice cream, smoothie, and Mexican snacks/street food restaurant for over five years, I somehow only discovered it a bit over 3 months ago - and became an immediate regular. I normally order a large horchata, no ice, and a waffle cone with two scoops - today I ordered a "tres marias" which is a wafflecone bowl with three scoops of ice cream - nuez (pecan), marzipan, and pistachio - with several crisp cookies for dipping, whipped cream, and chocolate syrup, as well as rainbow sprinkles on top (the sprinkles aren't necessary - I had them added at no extra cost). On my way out after eating my ice cream, I got an agua fresca (Tamarind flavor, no ice) and a large esquites (Mexican street corn, grilled with hot spices and mayo - it's called èlote when it's on the cob, èsquites when it's in a cup, and forgive me if I got the accent marks wrong, I tried). The staff speaks both English and Spanish fluently, so while I prefer to order in Spanish (practice makes perfect), don't worry if you don't speak it - you will get just as great of an experience speaking English, and the menu is in both English and Spanish as well.

Cute café with LOTS of cold treats. We arrived about 30 minutes to closing time so they were already cleaning up and putting chairs away. We had no idea what we wanted, as the variety is abundant, but overwhelming for any first time customers. I would have given 5 stars but the customer service could use a little work. It was a bit intimidating as there were no smiles from any of the three ladies who worked there. (Perhaps they were just ready to get out of there?) Regardless, we stood there looking clueless as we were unsure as to where to stand to start ordering. I pushed on to advise the ladies that it was our first time, asked my questions, and tried a few ice cream flavors before making our purchase. Overall, they make their own ice cream /frozen yogurt and have the BEST Mangonada I've ever tasted. The 3 ice cream flavors (Cotton Candy, Chocomint, Strawberry Cream) we tried were excellent and I like the fact that there are multiple sizes we can choose from. You can taste and see the quality of their ingredients. Although the staff could be a tad more welcoming, their goods are on another level so we'll definitely be back!

I had a craving for something sweet, but the first place I stopped at didn't have what I was looking for total disappointment. That's when my wife and I found Micho Love. As soon as we walked in, Martha greeted us and welcomed us to the store. She was super helpful and patient, letting my wife and I sample a few options. I'm really glad she did, because I ended up finding exactly what I wanted. The vibe inside was on point really clean, colorful, and just the right atmosphere for a dessert spot. Martha made the experience even better with her great service. My ice cream hit the spot no complaints there. The only minor downside was a drink my wife tried; it had seeds in it, which threw off the experience for her a bit. Still, we'd definitely go back.

The decor of the place is great. There are a lot of flavor choices to choose from. Sadly that's where the good ended for my visit. My family was very excited to finally try out this place and it was cool when we went in, but as we stood where to order, we had no idea what was going on. You have to go toward the end of the line to be able to see the confusing menu and prices. And as this is a Mexican ice cream shop, they had a lot of unique flavors, a lot of them not very obvious on what it tasted like. So we asked the worker helping us about the menu and about the ice creams and she was rather unpleasant. I genuinely felt like I was annoying her and was not wanted there. Her answers we very short. We had to wait over 10 minutes to get our ice cream! In the end, the ice cream was ok, but the way the employees came off makes especially not worth getting again unfortunately. We wanted to...
