TBH there's really not a lot in this "shopping center" to draw people in... as a strip mall, there are a few stores that are worth going to (VisionWorks and Sarpino's come to mind) but there's very little shopping to be done. Customers are going to come here for the specific destination that they need, and then leave.
It's really a shame because there's an ENORMOUS parking lot that never gets filled; a few stores that encouraged browsing, places that sell the sort of thing that people "forgot they needed" (like... milk, for example) would make this a much more vibrant commercial location.

I was coming up on my one year on my orbital sander and I wanted to replace it with a new one. The Bloomington store which I shop at did not have one in stock the only store that did was the Saint Paul store so I had the person at the counter give the St Paul store a call and reserve the only one that they had. Everything was Flawless other than a little extra Drive to pick up the orbital sander. They allow you to exchange the product(s) for the same number of products. You want to return 5 things, you pick out 5 new items. As long as it's not seasonal. I brought back a lighted magnifying glass, opened it, light doesn't work, bought some pens they leaked. Because the items didn't work I brought them back.
