This was our second time trying the West St. Paul location. The only reason we even gave it another try is because the Woodbury location closes at 8pm, and this one stays open an hour later. We walked in and the young lady behind the counter was friendly, but just like the first time no strawberries for the Berry Splash Snow Biing. That’s two times now, same issue. What really frustrated me though was trying to call ahead before making the trip, only to find out their phone number is disconnected. When I asked about it in person, I was told their phone just doesn’t work anymore. It’s hard to serve customers if they can’t even reach you. In the end, it was another wasted trip, and my very last.

First time here, it's a cute place. I was the only customer in the shop, got a hi from the counter person when I walked in, but even after I was looking over the menu for awhile... no one really offered to help me understand it lol. I ordered their passion fruit paradise tea, so you can imagine my surprise when I got home and drank it, realizing it was pretty much apple juice and chia seeds. There was no passion fruit flavor, flavoring, or even pulp. Pretty big disappointment lol. But its ok, just probably won't visit again.

Went to this shop on the opening day and my oh my its so cute!!! Found out the owner HANDMADE the furniture! 😱😱 amazing craftsmanship. Me and my boyfriend had some drinks, I had a thai tea and he had taro. No complaints at all! Delicious as usual and we even got spicy calamari but we DEVOURED them so fast I couldnt even take a picture šŸ˜‚ anyways. So spacious and such a ✨VIBE✨ for these covid times. Cant wait to hang out here once things become normal again. THANK YOU TII CUP!! So happy y’all opened so close to me! šŸ’—šŸ’—šŸ’—

Hands down the worst boba shop experience I’ve ever had. I visited Tii Cup and left feeling completely frustrated and disappointed.

The black tea in my drink tasted old and borderline spoiled—definitely not fresh. It was so bad I ended up throwing it away after just a few sips. Total waste of money.

The shop was miserably hot inside, and we were told there’s no A.C.—which is hard to believe considering the Caribou Coffee in the same building had perfectly functioning air conditioning.

But the absolute worst part was the service. The cashier, Molly, was shockingly rude. When I asked a simple question, she responded aggressively with, ā€œYou can say that to my face,ā€ like she was trying to start a fight. It was completely uncalled for and totally unprofessional.

To make things worse, my friend had to wait forever for her food, even though other customers who ordered after her got their food and left. When she asked about it, they kept giving vague excuses like ā€œIt’s comingā€ or ā€œWe’re putting on seasoningā€ā€”but it was clear she was being ignored.

Between the spoiled tea, no A.C., and hostile staff, I honestly don’t know how this place stays in business. I will never be...

Absolutely worst experience I've had at this place. I was going there for quite some time. They messed up my order numerous times but this time I called and asked them if they could fix it and they told me no and they told me that I was lying about it being wrong. The girl who answered the phone was extremely rude and also she lied about witnessing seeing the order made when she was ringing up people the whole time. They also said that they would remake something for me but they would not remake the Bing that I ordered. It was literally just snow with mochi on top and some coconut sprinkles. It's supposed to have syrupy condensed milk in it and it did not. It was literally just shaved ice. $8. Plus I tipped them. On top of that the girl that was there is a new little Asian girl and she was the rudest. She's been rude every time we've been in there and messed up my orders but I was trying to be nice. I would like my money back without having to come in there and argue with...

Edit: Went back in and a very helpful staff member re-made the Avocado Snow drink. It was perfect. Thanks Tii Cup! Had been a loyal customer, but Tii Cup has gone south since opening. Last visit, I was paying with a frequent drink stamp card. Was directed by staff to use the kiosk because they said they were too busy to take a counter order. But of course there's no way to pay electronically with a stamp card (staff assured me twice that kiosk would take stamp card). So I had to go back to the counter, which wasted the time of people in kiosk line. Finally, I picked up the Avocado Snow I ordered. It was lily white and tasted like vanilla. Absolutely no avocado in it. The staff who made the drink insisted twice that it was green (it was obviously white) and that she had added avocado. I had no choice but to take the vanilla drink. Such bad product and...
