Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in West Valley City

First we pull up to order with three cars ahead of us. We are asked to hold on. Then when all three cars have gotten their food and left we are left sittiing at the drive thru window waiting. Finally I say, " Hello"? They had apparently forgotten us. So then the kid takes our order. I order a beyond burger with cheese, two jalapeno doubles, and a regular double, plus three orders of fries. No drinks. We end up waiting for quite some time. Then we are told that the kitchen is having some sort of issue and to please pull forward. Finally some one comes out and asks us what we ordered. We get the food back and the order is a beyond burger with nothing on it not even cheese. And the other burgers are wrapped wrong so it was difficult to even tell at first what we got. Probably will not come back to this location for some time. Hopefully this is just an off...

We don't eat here often and with good reason. Everytime we go here, they screw up our order, usually by missing items completely. This time, most things were correct, until I opened what should have been the crispy bacon swiss chicken sandwich, instead was a fiery jalapeño burger! Also, my husband asked for no tomato on his burger and yet there were tomatoes on it anyway. If it wasn't such a hassle to go back and deal with the long drive thru line again, I would. The employees have been extremely rude to others who have complained of order errors in the past when I've been there. Maybe the company needs to hire more than just teens and young 20 somethings who are more interested in socializing than doing their job. They also need to understand how to read English better and maybe they wouldn't get all these orders wrong, as my receipt says exactly...

Never going. Again…. I ordered through drive-through only a sandwich and they charge me for a whole combo I asked for my returned and it took forever so I went inside there was a big heavy guy who roommate cash on the counter instead of handing it over really disrespectfully I felt threatened him staring me down and giving me bad looks like if he was going to come out and beat me, I called the headquarters and they told me somebody was going to reach out but nobody did for one week, so I called back to see what was going on and I was told that somebody has already called and the case is closed out… I was surprised iMessage this is a lie nobody has called and then the store manager called me saying nothing happened when I never asked for her to call me it was a big mess this is my third bad experience and I would recommend...
