Just had the most disappointing dinner of my life!!!! This location use to have good food and cared about the quality, and now it seems they have hired staff and managers that could care less about the quality or the customer experience. My mushroom and Swiss burger was such a great mess that it was falling off the bun, which was smothered in grease BTW, in fact it was so greasy that I couldn’t even eat one more bite! The burger was so gross and extremely hard to eat. My cats wet food looked more appetizing than the burger I received. I wish I could say that was the end of the horrible experience, but it’s not!! Not only was my soda flat, but they were aware, but just to busy to change it! (Spoken from the managers mouth) Then when my husband went to the restaurant to have them correct the mistake, he had to argue with them for 10 minutes to correct a mistake they made and something that had been paid for! I will never eat at this location again, because it’s obvious Culver’s does not respect or appreciate my money, my time, or my patronage! It seems to me that this staff and the managers need to go through some serious hospitality training. There’s way better eating places around the area, so save your money, and eat somewhere else, because if you eat here, you’ll be throwing your money away!!!

We went in at about 8:30pm and ordered the cod platter, chili, onion rings, and kids chicken with fries and two drinks. Waited for our order to come out, finally after we thought we had been forgotten I walked up to see the manager Jackie(No name tag) getting orders out to the drive thru not concerned about my food sitting there getting cold. She saw me and gathered my food and handed it to me. Chili dripping down the sides, fish fries and onion rings cold chili was not to temp either so I headed back up for fresh food. Jackie was not very professional and full of excuses as to why my order was cold. I returned to my table and chili was still dripping down the sides when they brought it out again. I returned to the counter with all but the kids meal and asked for a refund. Jackie was not happy and she only returned $11 and some change. I asked why she was only returning $11 when I paid $26 and she re-rang it and gave me $16 and some change. At this point I was just through dealing with her. I guess tax on $5.39 is close to $5. Wow! There is two times its been so bad ive considered never going back again and if their ice cream wasn't so good I definitely would never have!!!! One time I waited 30 minutes they had me pull forward and my food never came out finally a worker came out and asked me if they could help me after I had already paid for my food and when I ask for my money back she rolled her eyes at me!!!!! The next time I went, which I waited a full month before returning it to try them again I had the cashier throw my change at me!!!!!!!! I've never been rude to these people!!!! I'm always very courteous and polite but for some reason they are very rude to me!!! I'm not sure if it's because of the color of my skin to the tattoos I have or piercings or color of my hair but I have never been treated so terrible anywhere in my life!!!!!!
