Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in West Valley City

So I want to say in the last little while over the past six months I have been living with a friend that’s nearby this location off 2280 South Redwood Rd. SLC UT I’m Going to be moving soon over to the East side of Salt Lake up near the University of Utah But my friend actually works nearby and I just feel like I’ve always gotten great service, pizza is literally out of the oven -hot . Like 13-15 minutes from when I order again like tonight .... But my friend tells me it’s been A hassle late and not right orders And honestly this is a customer that you want to because she does tip well and she’s very kind to service workers as a customer

maybe it’s because I’ve ordered usually later at night but I’ve ordered around dinner time With no problem she has shared with me that she has been really frustrated and actually has not bought from this location for a very long time She’s ordered pizzas I guess for her job for lunch but whenever but it was late delivery to go to her work and she said it was just your delivery whoever’s were not on time, the orders are wrong ...so it was late and it was for a company lunchtime It’s a business , so I’m sure anyone esp this Domino’s can appreciate a business ordering So it’s why I am having a hard time seeing that with this location but any Domino’s and I know there’s mistakes and things can run behind esp just when super busy like weekends Or holidays or just when everyone wants a great pizza But hopefully everyone else gets what I have service and food wise from this location and ever Domino’s Thanks Dominos Long time customer since the...

super upset with our order tonight had to drive there three different times because they couldn't get our order right I mean yes the first time the manager did give us a free pizza. But when we got home for the second time our two pan pizzas had garlic sauce we specifically asked for no garlic sauce because our kids don't like it then they forgot the extra sauce in our noodles the person on the phone was super rude when we were making our order hung up on us the first time then when I called again they told us to come back and bring them to the old pizza so we did when I got there the guy who helped me was sitting down got up handing me the pizzas I asked him if our order was for sure right this time and his response was I don't know I'm just a driver why would you get up and help me if you're just a driver and you're going to give me that response how about next time you just let the manager handle the situation if you can't handle it right don't know if we will be going there anymore after this we usually order a lot from them and always have big orders and order almost every night because it's an easy dinner and I work a lot but very very disappointed they need to have way better customer service and know how to deal with situations like this. Only giving one star because i HAVE TO. This is the WORST dominoes I have ever ordered from! I called in and was told about a special for a pick 2 for $5.99, so i ordered 2 of their custom pastas. I waited over an HOUR to get the deliver guy at my door and by this time my pasta is far from fresh and the delivery guy is asking for $23.00! Confused I asked him why the price was higher. He told me that he had to collect the money. I decided to call the evening manager DERRICK to see if there was a mixup with my price range. To my surprise he told me they charge $1 per topping???! I told him that I was not informed about the extra charge and that maybe the workers there should be trained better to let customers know about the upcharge. DERRICK then acted very unamused and very unattentive. Almost as though I was bothering him. I told him that if it was such a big deal I would just send the pastas back. He then told me; “well with your NEXT order we can throw in 2 free pasta bowls.” By this time I had already sent the deliver guy away because I was on the phone with DERRICK for at least 10 minutes and did not want to hold the delivery guy up. I am very confused and frustrated as to why I was offered FREE pasta for my next order but when given false information my order could not be brought down to the promised price?? Glad there are waaaaaay better dominoes around and I won’t have to deal with that...
