This place is horrific. Not once have I entered this building a left a satisfied customer. After countless instances of employees being rude and getting into shouting matches with my husband, mishandling a rush, not having their "Hot and Ready" pizzas (the selling point of the company) ready, pizza being poorly made....the list goes on to include everything negative about a food business you can imagine.
This last visit was no different. After waiting in line for 15 minutes waiting for the cashier to finish bickering with the previous customer because she didn't know the proper terminology for their brand-specific pizzas, I was simply dismissed with a non-chalant, "Oh, we're out of that, you'll have to wait". The cashier finally verified this statement after staring at my incredulous expression for a minute, and found that there was, in fact, a cheese pizza left. Through the rest of the transaction the cashier was in a huff, mumbling and rushing me out rudely.
Upon getting home, my husband and I found that the pizza was in shambles. Half of it was not cooked-the crust was entirely raw-and the other half was pieced together. It looked as though they took the crust along the edges of a cooked pizza, and pushed them onto a raw pizza. Neither of us could consume a bit of this disgrace of a pizza due to how raw it was! We were terrified of food poisoning!
DO NOT give your time and money to this place. It is a disgrace and should be closed down due to the poor-or more accurately dangerous-food quality, and piss-poor customer...
Read moreI have never been so annoyed at a Little Caesar’s locations in my life. I walked in and followed the 6ft rule in the full lobby. One guy was waiting for his food and a difficult customer was at the counter not happy with what she ordered. She then proceeded to EAT her food, face mask off obviously, while the workers were talking to her. They didn’t say a single thing. When it was my turn to grab my pickup, I was told that it has another 15 minutes? I called it in 30 minutes before I arrived. I asked If it was another 15 or if I got there earlier than I thought, she said “15 or maybe 5 minutes”...So I stepped aside to wait and was asked to leave the lobby to wait in my car.
I understand the COVID situation, but be consistent. Don’t let “John” stand next to me and wait for his pizza and then say I can’t... so now I have to guess when to head back in to grab my family’s dinner? Let alone during winter. What a joke. I’m sorry but it’s hard enough wanting to go pick up food in the first place during the pandemic and the atmosphere of this one has made me decide it’s not worth it. So...
Read moreI have not been so disappointed in a little ceasers before today. I went in today and while I was in line, I saw they have a promotional offer to scan as a QR code in the corner by the entrance. So I was trying to open the little ceasers app and place the order through the app to get the promotion when the manager at the front desk asked me to leave and place the order in my car or outside. Apparently they have a timer which is super ridiculous 👎💯. It was so hot outside today let me say, but in order to be non confrontational I went outside to place the order. The app was giving me an error even though I had applied the promotion requirements. I went back inside and showed the manager in the front and she didn’t know how to help nor offered to try to make it right. Regardless I ordered at the register due to the food being for my mom but I will not be coming here for a long time. The manager was mean nice and it was pretty annoying. I don’t recommend unless you absolutely don’t have other options...
