Wendy's — Restaurant in West Valley City

I went through the drive thru on Monday, October 17 at 11:00 pm with my 3 young daughters. When I received the order I realized that there were some things missing from my order, I had ordered some fries with sour cream and bacon and they gave me fries with cheese, also they did not give me the ketchup I had ordered for my daughters chicken nuggets. They also didn't give me the receipt. I went through the drive thru again and I told the woman what I need it (her name is Aurora), I was very nice to her, I never raised my voice or was rude to her. But she got mad and told me that she wouldn't give me anything, she told me that I had ordered those fries with cheese and that that's what I had paid, I told her I didn't know what I had paid because she did not give me the receipt. I went through the window and there was another woman at the window, I kindly asked her for the ketchup and my receipt, I didn’t even care about the fries anymore, but Aurora told the woman who was attending me at the window not to give me the item I was requesting. Then Aurora opened the window and threatened to call the police, and slammed the window in my face. I stood waiting at the window for the police to arrive, but they never came. While I was waiting, a car passed by in front of the restaurant and started taking pictures of my car (so I don’t know if she was calling the police or someone else), my daughters and I became scared and concerned for our safety, I decided to leave. In addition, this woman put a sign in the Drive thru that said: The lobby is open, some one at the window don't want to move. It was a horrible experience, the rest of the people who worked there seemed to be nice, but Aurora would scold them if they wanted to fix my order. It was a horrible experience and I think I had every right to at least have my receipt to know what things I was charged for. Would give zero stars if that was an option. This place is the worst, I wouldn't go here at all if my kids didn't love the food. We ordered 2 kids meals, and after waiting 20 minutes in the drive through with 2 hungry little ones we finally get our food. They hand us the bags and drinks, the change (with no receipt) and say "ok thanks, bye" slamming the window on us before we could even get a single word out. Didn't give us the frostys for the kids, so we had to wait until the lady decided to open the window back up to see what we wanted and when we told her we wanted the kids ice cream, she acted agitated we even dared to ask them to give us something we paid for! She begrudgingly gets the frostys (both chocolate, because apparently their vanilla doesn't work right now) and we head on our way, I go to hand my kids their food and realize they didn't even put toys in the bag. Tried calling them three times and the phone is just going to a busy signal. Go to this location if you want to be ripped off, get half the stuff you paid for not given to you, rude customer service by people who clearly are incapable of even doing their job, and...

I decided to go to this Wendys location since it's about 5 minutes away from my house. I order my food through the drive thru and as I'm pulling up to the window I hear screams. The people behind me decided it was a good idea to get out a pee on the Wendys order machine. So when I get to the window I tell the lady, "hey the people behind me are peeing all over your speaker and sign." She looks at me like a deer in head lights and shrugged then proceeded to say, "sooo." Now in my mind I feel that's disrespectful. If y'all want piss covered speaker and sign then be my guest I'll go elsewhere, where they care about the cleanliness of their property. Yeah I get that she probably didn't know what to do and just wanted her shift to be over but c'mon to be cool about the ordeal shows me they have low standards. I also get that animals probably pee on the sign as well but that's an animal looking for a place to pee so for a HUMAN to intentionally get out and start pissing on the speaker and sign when the lobby IS open to use the restroom is just baffling and for them to allow it.
