Ordered through grubhub. Which, they are ALWAYS great! But the food... eh? Ordered a “grilled” ham and cheese melt on sourdough. It arrived hot, which is great, but they really shouldn’t advertise “Grilled” when it’s quite literally microwaved. It was rubbery and chewy and not one bit toasted, as if it even touched the surface of any grill. Couldn’t even eat it. Gross. Also, the snack bacon is usually fire... but it was half cooked, limpy and absolutely dripping with grease, they didn’t even take the time to drain the bacon before throwing it into the bag. Same with hashbrowns. The whole bag is drenched with oil and they are not the least bit crispy and they are mushy and taste freezer burnt !! The bag it was delivered in is completely dripping with grease from the food. I have pics to prove it, if any manager cares enough and feels like contacting me to discuss how unhappy I am to have wasted 30 dollars to have horrible food delivered. I was able to eat just the bacon, because I could blot the grease off with about a half roll of paper towels.... so freakin dissatisfied. Read moreRead moreI've been coming to this location at least once a week for 2 years, and if you live in the area you know that they're always a little bit slow, and you expect this going in. However - today was a different story. Mobile ordering was down, so we went in to order in person. Not a big deal, happens. We ordered our drinks and 2 sandwiches, and proceeded to sit in the restaurant for 45 minutes because they were (and this is not an exaggeration) completely out of both cold brew and iced coffee. We said it was fine to change drinks to an espresso drink because they were out of the others, and they made our drinks. However, the food was still not ready. When asked about the status of the food, they forgot to make it alltogether, and in the time it took to establish they forgot our food, they had actually ran out of the food we ordered. In the 45 minutes that we sat there AFTER PAYING FOR OUR ORDERS they ran out of cold brew, iced coffee, english muffins, bagels, and all donuts. And they were STILL taking orders without telling anyone they actually had no food OR drinks at this point. Visited the west view Dunkin’ Donuts location on Saturday, July 28 and had a terrible experience with one of the “managers” working. We arrived and ordered our food with the teenager at the counter who was friendly and he provided us with good customer service. When we were waiting for our food, it appeared the couple who ordered after us had taken our order. When I went to the counter to request our food be remade for us, the manager, Adam, was very unprofessional. He asked me what our order was and when he did not see it on the screen, he called the cashier who rang us out and berated him in front of everyone yelling at him that he put the order in wrong. When I tried interrupting and telling him that I believed the people who had just left had taken our food, he completely dismissed me and acted as though I wasn’t even there. The cashier was able to find our order on the previous screen and apologized even though he did nothing wrong. This “manager” will be the reason I no longer wish to visit this...
