Went for lunch today and I had the smokehouse brisket sandwich and should taken a picture because they gave me the diet version.
It's been a long time since I had that sandwich, but this had maybe a third of the beef that they used to put on them. (Maybe two thin layers)
I likely won't go back to this arby's again for a long time and if I do, I'll take a look at my sandwich before I leave the counter and if they treat me this badly with the meat portion I'll complain at that instant. Today we were in a hurry because we had to pick up a dog at the Vet's office.
My wife had the Greek Gyro, it actually had a decent portion of meat.
The crinkle cut fries were really hot and crispy, we liked those at the Curly Fries were pretty good, too, but the Brisket sandwich was way below what you would expect.
Editing this now that I've seen the reply and the reply shows that they don't really care a bit that they cheated me out of half the brisket that should have been in the sandwich.

Forget talking about the quality of the food, because we cant even get helped or served here anymore. Ive tried to go there 3 times now this week alone and simply can not get waited on. Everyday is a new excuse as to why that is. Today I actually made it up to the ordering speaker in the drive thru. There were 2 cars ahead of me that were there when I pulled up. After sitting at the speaker for close to a minute, a voice comes on and tells me they would be with me in a minute. After watching nearly 10 mins tick away, I saw the writing on the wall and simply pulled away. And of course, the 2 cars that were in line ahead of me were still there, waiting for their food. Smh. Read moreI went to this Arby's for lunch time and the order taker was very polite and eager to assist with my order. I ordered from their specialty menu and received my meal. The food was hot, but they did mess up on my order and I had to return to get the food replaced. They apologized and remade my food and it was hot and made just as I had ordered. I don't put blame on the order taker because he took my order the correct way I gave it and said it back to me. I place the blame for the order not being correct with the food maker. I hope that they're just a little more careful with making orders to avoid wasting product and also so they don't have mad customers or even worse someone being allergic to something. Other than that, I appreciate their professionalism and recovery of the situation. Please give that order taker a promotion or a raise because he was awesome the entire time. I will definitely go back again especially...
